- Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2020I am very happy with two knife purchases from Amazon. Santoku 7" is for cutting veggies, and the black knife to cut fruits specially. So far I have been using Santoku knife for over 6 months already and I use it every day to cut my veggies. It has done a great job and is still in a good shape. The design of the handle makes it very easy to hold. It's also lightweighted and easy to clean. I would consider buying other pieces from this series in the future.
