    These are some of the greatest knives in the world for the money, my family has the highest priced knives you can buy, non-custom made, and these I like better, this one’s my go to chef knife!
    Buy this one, and you’ll have to have more.
    I have a atoma diamond plate and a strop, easy and fast to keep sharp yourself. Long lasting edge. Highly recommended German steel!
