Evoday Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cosmic Taps, S.L. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use Evoday. In this policy, “the App” means the Evoday app.
Your use of Evoday is also covered by the Evoday Terms of Use and Subscription Terms.
Who we are
Evoday is operated by Cosmic Taps, S.L., a company based in Spain. Our registered office is Calle del Doctor Castelo, 44, 28009 Madrid, Spain. We are the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.
For legal notices, you can contact us at legal@cnavosmictarefps.com. For support, privacy questions, or other requests, please use the Evoday contact page.
The short version
Evoday does not require an app-specific account. The App stores habits and reminders on your device. We do not store this app data on our own servers. Your app data may be included in your iCloud backups if iCloud Backup is enabled for your device. We use service providers for purchases, analytics, crash reports, attribution, and notifications, as explained below.
Data in Evoday
The App stores habits and reminders on your device. We do not store this app data on our own servers.
Your app data may be included in your iCloud backups if iCloud Backup is enabled for your device. You can learn more in Apple’s iCloud data security overview.
The App may share limited app data on your device with its widgets and related app components so those features can show the information you choose to use in Evoday.
Services that help us run Evoday
Purchases and subscriptions
The App offers additional features through purchases and subscriptions. Apple handles the purchase process through your Apple Account. We receive purchase and subscription status information so the App can unlock paid features and restore purchases, but we do not receive your payment card details.
We use RevenueCat for purchase analytics and to help send purchase events to Mixpanel. RevenueCat generates an app user ID, and we also use that ID in Mixpanel, so purchase events and app analytics can be connected for the same App user.
Analytics and crash reports
We use Firebase Analytics and Mixpanel to understand how people use the App, measure experiments, and improve features. Firebase Analytics may also collect purchase information. Mixpanel also receives purchase events through RevenueCat, as described above. We do not intentionally send your habits or reminders to analytics services.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to find and fix crashes and other technical problems. Crash reports can include technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, logs, and what the App was doing when a problem occurred. We do not intentionally log your habits or reminders in crash reports, but diagnostic data can sometimes include information from the App context needed to understand a crash.
Attribution
We use Apple Search Ads attribution tools, including ASATools and Apple AdServices through RevenueCat, to understand whether installs, purchases, or subscriptions came from Apple Search Ads campaigns. This helps us measure ad performance.
These tools may process attribution information such as campaign, ad group, keyword, country or region, and purchase events. Some attribution and purchase information can be connected with RevenueCat or Mixpanel identifiers, as described above.
Notifications and widgets
If you allow notifications, the App may send Evoday updates, offers, or reminders through Firebase Messaging. To deliver remote notifications, Firebase Messaging processes a push notification token and related technical information for your device.
Remote notifications may be targeted based on app activity, purchase status, experiments, or analytics. We do not use the content of your habits or reminders to target remote notifications.
Reminders you set in the App may also be scheduled as local notifications handled on your device. The App’s widgets may read limited app data stored on your device, such as the habits or reminders needed to show widget content. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings.
Support and emails
If you contact us from the App or through the Evoday contact page, we process the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, attachments, and any follow-up messages.
By default, support emails from the App may include a diagnostic signature with technical information, subscription status, and high-level app analytics that helps us understand the issue. You can edit or delete that information before sending the email.
We use support messages to answer you, investigate issues, improve Evoday, and keep reasonable records of the request.
Legal details
We process personal data only when we have a legal basis under GDPR. Depending on the data and feature, this may be because it is needed to provide the App, purchases, support, or requested features; because you gave consent, such as for notifications or optional permissions; because we have a legitimate interest in keeping Evoday working, fixing bugs, improving features, preventing fraud, measuring ads, and answering users; or because we need to comply with legal obligations.
Some data or permissions are needed to provide features you choose, such as purchases, support, notifications, or widgets. Optional permissions can be declined, but the related feature or personalization may not work.
We share personal data with service providers that help us operate Evoday, including Apple, Google and Firebase, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, and ASATools. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a business transfer.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was processed, including to provide Evoday, keep purchase records, answer support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of data, your device settings, Apple settings, and the settings or legal requirements of the providers we use. App data stored on your device remains there unless you delete it, reset it, or remove the App. iCloud backups are controlled through your Apple settings.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your personal data. You can also object to some processing, including direct marketing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. To make a request, use the Evoday contact page, or email us at legal@cnavosmictarefps.com if you prefer or cannot use the App.
You can also control some processing directly on your device. For example, you can turn notifications off in iOS Settings and delete or reset App data on your device.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the AEPD, or to your local data protection authority.
Children
Evoday is a general-audience app and is not specifically directed to children. If you are not old enough to consent to data processing in your country, you should use the App only with permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal data without proper permission, please contact us.
Updates, terms, and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If changes are important, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
Your use of Evoday is also covered by the Evoday Terms of Use. For support, privacy questions, or other requests, please use the Evoday contact page. For legal notices, you can email us at legal@cnavosmictarefps.com.
