Formstack Sign API Authentication Issues
Resolved - All known issues with the Sign API and our authentication migration are now resolved and complete.

Investigating - We are investigating reports that some Formstack Sign customers are unable to send documents through the API. Affected requests may return a “Request requires authentication” error despite successfully generating an access token. Some customers may also see a null API secret within their account.

Our team is actively investigating and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

Delayed Documents Deliveries After Sign Completion
Resolved - This issue is resolved. All new Delayed Deliveries involving Formstack Sign should now be running as expected. In addition, all the signed documents notifications have been sent to Formstack Documents for stalled documents.

Monitoring - A fix has been deployed that has solved these delayed deliveries. The issue was that Formstack Sign was not sending the Formstack Documents product the notification that document was completely signed (i.e.: Finalized). We are now working on a script in Formstack Sign to send all those notifications back to Documents, so delayed deliveries should start processing soon.

Update - We have narrowed this issue down to Delayed Deliveries in Documents, when a delivery to Formstack Sign is included. If a document is sent to Sign and it is subsequently completed, Documents is not getting the file back and therefore not delivering it to the next step, such as Salesforce, Sharepoint, etc.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue affecting some Formstack Documents workflows that use Formstack Sign. Although signing completes successfully, subsequent deliveries including Salesforce, SharePoint, and webhooks may not be released and may remain in a delayed status.

Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide additional updates as they become available.

Formstack Sign authentication migration
Resolved - The Formstack Sign migration has been completed and all systems are operational.

Update - The Sign migration is nearly complete and we are in the testing phase. Users of Sign should see normal operation. All documents in flight continued to get signatures throughout the migration. There was a short period of time where users would not have been able to log into Formstack Sign from about 12:15 to 12:30am Tuesday morning 9/29.

Identified - Future: At approximately 9:30 pm Eastern Time on Monday September 28th, Formstack Sign will undergo a migration to ensure faster and more reliable user authentication. There is no risk to documents in flight, and no risk of account data loss. There could be a small interruption to user sessions during the migration, which is expected to take nearly two hours.

Documents with Sign Delivery are failing
Resolved - Incident resolved. Documents deliveries to Formstack Sign were failing from approximately 11:15 pm Eastern time, and successful deliveries were restored at approximately 1:35 am Eastern time. Many deliveries will auto-retry. However, customers should review their deliveries in the Formstack Documents interface to ensure no action is required.
