The Real-Life Partners Of The Ladies From The White Lotus

Fans have been riveted by "The White Lotus" for three seasons, and for good reason. The show, created by Mike White, is a mix of comedy, satire, and drama, with many messy relationships. It also doesn't hurt that the series always has some famous faces, such as Connie Britton, who played the rich and entitled Nicole Mossbacher in the first season. Her character was often condescending to her husband, Mark Mossbacher, even after learning of his potential cancer diagnosis. Alexandra Daddario also joined Britton that year, portraying a newlywed who soon realizes that her husband isn't the great guy she thought he was.

Of course, in real life, the ladies of "The White Lotus" aren't in relationships as dramatic and riddled with issues, and some have been with their partners for years. As A-list actors, many prefer the spotlight to be on their careers and try to keep their relationships on the down-low, but fans are naturally curious about their partners. Just like the ladies of "Bridgerton" and their real-life partners, the cast of "The White Lotus" has some pretty interesting significant others, with some surprising matches you may not have known about.

Connie Britton is dating producer David E. Windsor

Connie Britton was married to her college sweetheart, John Britton, for four years until they divorced in 1995. The "Nashville" star decided to keep the last name, and while she never got remarried, she's been with producer David E. Windsor since 2019. Connie is mostly private about her personal life, but she opened up on "Radio Andy" (via People) about the first time she saw Windsor at a friend's 50th birthday party, calling him "an amazing man." However, they never got to meet that night because they were seated separately, and by the time her friend wanted to introduce them, the "Friday Night Lights" star had to go home to her son. The next day, Windsor sent her an email, and the two have been together since.

Like Connie, Windsor is a big name in Hollywood and has produced and written for big shows such as "This Is Us," "The Real O'Neals," and "Not Dead Yet." In March, Connie opened up about her long-term relationship with Windsor to Parade and shared, "What I was really looking for was a partnership where there's constant growth, on both sides, and a sort of deepening of each other. It's not just like, 'Oh, I found true love.' It's that I found somebody who I can walk on a journey with that is going to be constantly ever-changing."

Alexandra Daddario met her producer husband during a random encounter in New York City

Alexandra Daddario's first encounter with husband Andrew Form was right out of a rom-com. In a 2022 interview with Vogue, she shared that during the COVID-19 pandemic, she was staying with a friend in New York City temporarily and would often go out on walks. During one of her strolls, she happened to meet Form, who is known for producing "A Quiet Place" and "The Purge." Daddario recalled, "He turned back and said 'hi' just as I was turning around to glance back at him. I laughed and said 'hi,' and then we both laughed about how we were the only two people on what is normally an incredibly busy street, and he asked if he could take me to dinner."

Daddario and Form got engaged in 2021 and wed the year after in New Orleans. "When I met Andrew, we just both knew. The wedding was wonderful; it felt a bit like an inevitable conclusion. So I feel really at peace," she told Women's Health in September 2022. The "Mayfair Witches" star revealed to Vogue in July 2024 that she and Form were expecting their first child together after sadly experiencing a miscarriage. "It was actually quite hard to process. You have a lot of complicated feelings," Daddario said of learning she was pregnant again. On October 31, 2024, she announced the birth of her baby by posting a sweet Instagram shot of him surrounded by chocolate in a bassinet. "I thought this was a weird bowl of candy," she quipped.

Meghann Fahy met Leo Woodall on the set of The White Lotus

Meghann Fahy appeared in Season 2 of "The White Lotus" along with Leo Woodall, and although the two never shared any scenes together, it appears they made a connection. Woodall first hinted at a possible romance with Fahy in September 2022 when he shared a series of cast pictures on Instagram, with many including his now-girlfriend. "That's amore," he captioned the carousel. While it's unclear if they started dating then, Fahy confirmed their relationship two years later by sharing an Instagram pic of the two walking arm in arm.

Aside from a couple of acknowledgments on social media, Fahy and Woodall like to keep their relationship private. "To me, that's the only way. You see public relationships all the time slapped all over social media, and I can't imagine that's any fun. [Your relationship] should be a safe space, so I think letting people into it is completely counter-productive," he explained to Elle. As for Fahy, she gave insight as to what bonds her to Woodall on "CBS Mornings" (via Just Jared). "I think that it's just really great to be deeply understood. There's so many weird things about this industry and what we do. I think there's just something really lovely about being with somebody who really gets that," she shared.

Leslie Bibb has been in a relationship with actor Sam Rockwell for almost two decades

Leslie Bibb made one of her most memorable appearances on-screen as a conservative 40-something year old with a flattering bob in Season 3 of "The White Lotus." During the fifth episode, Bibb's longtime partner, Sam Rockwell, made his own mark in the show as Frank, who shared with Rick (played by Walton Goggins) that he had unusual proclivities in the bedroom. Many fans may have assumed that Bibb pulled some strings to get her boyfriend in the show, but Bibb told Entertainment Weekly that it was the producers' idea. "It was really fun. We don't have any scenes together, and he did all of his stuff in eight days," she stated.

Bibb and Rockwell have been together for almost 20 years after meeting at the Chateau Marmont in 2007, which the "Popular" star recounted on "The Rosie Show" in 2012. "I was standing there about to have dinner with some girlfriends, and somebody looked over my shoulder and waved, and I turned around, and it was him," Bibb shared. She continued, "I just smiled, and he smiled at me, and I thought, 'Oh no, what's that?' Sometimes you just get struck." Although the two aren't legally married, Rockwell still sees Bibb as his wife. "She's in my will. I feel like we are married. We live like a married couple. I'm really proud of her," he told The Standard.

Michelle Monaghan's husband isn't in the entertainment industry

While Michelle Monaghan played an actor married to a much younger man in Season 3 of "The White Lotus," in real life, her husband is closer to her age. Monaghan met Australian-born Peter White in 2000 when she approached him at a bar, she revealed to Women's Health. "He had blue eyes and a Mohawk. It did something for me," the "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" star admitted. Monaghan and White married five years later in Port Douglas, Australia, and welcomed their daughter, Willow, in 2008, and their son, Tommy, in 2013.

Unlike Monaghan, White stays out of the limelight and instead has worked in graphic design and interior decorating. In 2020, White founded the skincare brand Herbitual after dealing with eczema flare-ups, which Monaghan gave him props for on the company's third anniversary and his birthday. "About 20 years ago, one weary night, after living with chronic eczema, my husband @myherbitual said to me, 'One day I wanna help anyone suffering in their own skin,'" she wrote on Instagram in September 2023. Monaghan continued, "Today, I stand in awe of my hubby's commitment to his health and of others. I celebrate his birthday but ultimately his journey, one that I, and our children have been witness to, every step (and scratch) of the way." After all these years, Monaghan and White continue to profess their love for each other, and the "White Lotus" star shared a throwback pic of the two on February 15. "Valentine's Day circa 2001. And we still rockin it," she captioned the post.
