Products on the site were great for viewing and was happy to see the different selections offered. Upon putting my order in the site was not easy to navigate through as. I wanted to add a note to the recipient but didn’t give me an option. The biggest issue was upon delivery. The recipient notified me that the ice had melted and the cheeses I ordered were soft and warm and had to be thrown out. I would have paid more for delivery to have it packaged properly especially in the summer months but I was not given an option to do so. Therefore I am disappointed that the recipient received his gift this way and embarrassed. I thought I’d change it up and send something from a different company but lessons learned sometimes it’s worth not changing anything. Sorry this did not work out ***** Upon receiving a response from you, I am sorry your company had delivery problem which caused the delay. I appreciate the quick and professional response I received. I’m glad my review was not left unnoticed and appreciate your accommodations to resend the product. Like I mentioned your website looks amazing and plan to order again. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoy your variety cheese spreads, especially the Gorgonzola. The taste is outstanding, and we have varieties on a regular basis. The delivery of orders has been outstanding! Unfortunately for us but great for you, the stores in our area do not carry your products! Stop & Shope carried it for only a very short time; Gorgonzola was not included in their display. We look forward to trying some of your other products and hope to visit your store when visiting family near Philadelphia.

Note that this review is for the 'Gift Boxes' part of the Di Bruno enterprise and not their physical stores. You had one job - get the items I ordered for my dad and my stepdad to them by Christmas. Despite ordering on December 1st with the guarantee (per the website) of in-time for Christmas shipping, they are not arriving until the Saturday after. The Italian spread that my dad was gonna serve on Christmas day is now ruined. Thanks a lot. Don't take more order than you can fulfill.

1st shipment arrived in reasonable time (cookies) however they were all burnt! 2nd package took an extra week to ship (hoagie kit) I am guessing it was ok because I did not get any negative feedback. Don’t think I will buy from you again Disappointed by product & customer service was rude and sarcastic. Not what I expected from a prominent Italian business.

Fantastic customer service. UPS dropped the ball on my order and delivered it late. Ice was melted and salami warm. I called and they immediately sent out a new order. Thank you , this was a gift so I really appreciated how quickly they resolved my issue. Definitely will use this company in the future. Not to mention quality and tasty treats!
