Most AI gives you a plausible answer; we wanted the one a leading e-commerce operator would give. So we built it with them. Our first cohort of Expert-Trained Agents is now live in Accio. Each one is built on an e-commerce expert's proven method, focused on the job they know best, and co-developed with Accio. What this means: → For e-commerce sellers and small business owners: proven best practices and SOPs, ready to run in a few clicks. → For experts: a new way to scale their method beyond their own hours, and reach new audiences. → For Accio: a step toward the ecosystem we're building. Not just marketplaces, tools, and platforms, but people. Ten expert-trained agents are live today on the Accio desktop and web apps with John Lawson III, Ali Decker Marino, Justin Chen, Tim Jordan, Rohit Kumar, Abe C. Chomali, Brian Fried, Mike McClary, Marouane RHAFLI, Brett Bohannon. And ten more are already in the build with Emily Baker, Jackie Hutson, Erin Souder, Michelle Barnum Smith, ARTEM BESPALOV, Alex Vodovozov, Tia Ellis, Kian Golzari, Sohun Sanka, John Aspinall ✱, Amauri Piffer, Mike "Reezy Resells" Rezendes II. Swipe through to meet the first cohort, then try one on your own product, store, or report.

Yesterday, we welcomed ~19 small business owners into our NYC office for a hands-on afternoon on what AI can really do for a business today — capped by a fireside with Joshua Stancle, founder of Clean Saint, who runs nearly his entire operation on Accio Work. No theory. Real needs, real workflows, and a lot of "wait — it can do that?" A few things we keep coming back to on AI for small businesses: 1️⃣ AI graduated from answering to doing. The chatbot you know answers questions; the new generation of agents actually does the work — and a team of them can run an operation end to end. 2️⃣ The unlock isn't a smarter tool, it's leverage. A founder wearing six hats can now direct a team of agents instead of hiring one. As Josh put it: "the team I never had to hire." 3️⃣ The best place to start is sourcing. It's the job that eats founders' nights — and where agents shine first. The Accio Sourcing Toolkit runs supplier search, comparison, negotiation, even order placement end to end, backed by 26 years of Alibaba.com B2B data. 🔗 We're running more of these — in person and online. What an incredible day at East Los Angeles College! 🙌 Thank you Mickey Hong and the entire LACCD + ELAC team for bringing this to life. The energy and curiosity from every student in that room reminded us exactly why we do what we do. Can’t wait to empower more future entrepreneurs. 🚀

What a way to close out the semester. 🔥 On the final day of instruction, nearly 100 participants joined us at East Los Angeles College — in person and online — for our Districtwide AI Entrepreneurship Workshop in partnership with Alibaba.com. The intense focus in the room said everything. 🧠⚡ Sincere thanks to Dr. Reyna Trujillo and the entire ELAC Susan Rubio Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center team for their dedication in bringing this event to life. 🙏 A special shoutout to Catherine Rhee — former student, steadfast advocate, and connector — whose friendship and generosity of spirit made this event even stronger. ⭐ keith coleman and San Gabriel City Councilmember Jorge Herrera Ávila spent the day with us, engaging participants and helping bridge education, innovation, and community leadership in meaningful ways. 🏛️💡 And to the Alibaba.com team — Ziwei Chen, Jacqueline Pereira, and Alexander Tsai — this partnership made it all possible. To every faculty member, staff colleague, student, entrepreneur, and community leader who showed up with enthusiasm and curiosity: this was yours as much as ours. 🚀 Last but certainly not least — thank you to Vice Chancellor Jim Lancaster, Ed.D. for believing in this vision and championing expanded opportunity for our students through AI, entrepreneurship, and technology. 💫 Looking forward to everything ahead. ✨ Dr. Anthony Culpepper, Ed.D, JD, MBA Dr. Monte E. Great art deserves to live beyond the gallery walls. That's been the Mucha Foundation's mission for over a century — rooted in Alphonse Mucha's own belief that the latest technology should make art more accessible to ordinary people. Working with Marcus Mucha and his team, we wanted to honor exactly that. Accio Work helped bring that philosophy to life in the gift shop of their Prague museum — developing a souvenir line that's as intentional and original as the art itself. What came out of it was something truly special. And a reminder that AI and creativity aren't opposites — in the right hands, they're how you honor a legacy while building something new. If you're a museum, cultural institution, art foundation, or artist looking to turn your IP into original merch — we'd love to help. You bring the legacy. Accio Work makes it real. Thank you for being a power user Vincenzo Toscano. It's been great having you on this journey with us. Excited to keep pushing the boundaries of AI for business owners and entrepreneurs worldwide.

I was featured in MIT Technology Review this week alongside Alibaba.com's Accio, and here's what I told them: "We always have to bootstrap a lot of decisions. Deciding what to sell often comes down to an educated guess. And we're now in an era when making those decisions is easier than ever." At Ecomcy, we've been integrating Accio into how we research and launch products on Amazon for our clients. It takes what used to be weeks of supplier hunting and market analysis and turns it into a focused, AI-guided session. We used it to build a new sunglasses brand from scratch. Starting from a vision rooted in Italian heritage and boutique aesthetics, Accio helped refine the concept, suggest materials, surface relevant design directions, and connect us with the right manufacturers. The tool isn't magic. You still need Amazon expertise to know what to do with the insights it surfaces. That's where Ecomcy comes in. But if you're launching or scaling a brand on Amazon and you're not using AI at the sourcing and research stage, you're leaving time and money on the table. When a San Francisco AI company says "we want custom luxury bedding sets for our top users" — you don't ask questions. You make it happen. Tanay Kothari and the Wispr Flow team had the vision. The problem? No sourcing experience, no manufacturing contacts, and a timeline that would make most vendors run. So they brought it to Accio Work. Materials, manufacturer, production, packaging — all of it handled by an agent team.  This is what Accio Work is built for. 🛏️ If you're a tech company ready to create your most iconic and unexpected merch yet — we're inviting you to be the next. You bring the vision. Accio Work makes it real. 👉 https://lnkd.in/erd4nphC

We didn't scale our team. We scaled how we work.  By becoming power users of what we were building. This past Monday, we launched Accio Work. But this post isn't about the launch. It's about how our very own 3-person marketing team went from pre-launch chaos to 10x output across every channel. This article breaks down that journey — and the 5 lessons that came out of it. If you're a small team trying to do more with less, this one's for you.
