Game on, Austin! 🎮🏎️ Our #AkamaiAustin Office team swapped home offices for an evening of fun at Pinballz Lake Creek. Alongside their families, Akamites enjoyed go-karts, VR games, laser tag, mini bowling, arcade classics, and plenty of pizza, laughs, and friendly competition. It was the perfect way to connect, make new memories, and escape the Texas summer heat. Thanks to everyone who joined and made it such a fantastic evening! 💙

History made in clean energy procurement ⚡ Akamai Technologies completed the first-ever clean energy transaction executed on a CFTC-registered exchange by securing what Mike Mattera, Akamai’s Global Head of Corporate Sustainability and ESG Officer called "the fastest VPPA Akamai has ever completed" on our CleanTrade marketplace. This new, high-impact solar VPPA reinforces Akamai’s commitment to its 2030 goal of reaching net-zero emissions. It also marks a turning point for clean energy by making competitive, market-driven clean energy pricing accessible to corporate buyers of every size and experience level. How CleanTrade is changing the game: • Speed: CleanTrade gives buyers instant access to a live exchange of active market offers, and direct, on-platform negotiations streamline deal discovery and execution. • Trust: CFTC-regulated exchange infrastructure means participants and projects are pre-vetted, eliminating counterparty friction. • Simplicity: Pre-trade analytics and post-trade tracking via CleanSight deliver a seamless workflow, or “the easy-button for clean energy procurement." Giving back, together. 💙🌍 Danny Lewin Community Care Days (DLCCD) occur when Akamites around the world come together to volunteer in honor of our late co-founder, Danny Lewin, and continue his spirit of community and service. Akamites have two paid volunteer days to use throughout the year, in addition to plenty of Akamai-led opportunities to support causes that matter to them and their local communities. And recently, our teams have been busy! 🥫 Denver & Austin: Supporting local food banks, from working in the warehouse and preparing food pallets to volunteering with the Central Texas Food Bank. 🐾 France: Lending a hand at the Société Protectrice des Animaux (SPA) refuge in Gennevilliers, one of France’s oldest animal welfare organizations. 🧹 Amsterdam: Joining Amsterdam Cleanup Day and collecting litter around the area near our office, followed by a well-earned team lunch! 🐑 Sweden: Helping out on a farm in the Swedish archipelago by repairing fences, building gates, cleaning the barn and, naturally, finding some time to pet the sheep. 🎨 Costa Rica InReach ERG: Giving a fresh coat of paint to two main areas of a center for people with disabilities and spending time with community members. 🌊 Poland: Akamites from Kraków, Warsaw, and Gdańsk all took care of something their cities share, the Vistula River, through local river cleanup activities. Different countries. Different causes. One shared goal: using our time to make a positive difference in the communities around us. And these are just some of the many ways Akamites are giving back during this year’s Danny Lewin Community Care Days. 💙

⚾ Batter Up, #AkamaiMunich! From learning the basics to stepping up to the plate, our Baseball Night was a great mix of teamwork, friendly competition, and fun. Together with the Isotopes Softball Team, the Team enjoyed an evening of great plays, plenty of laughs, and good company. The night wrapped up with burgers, drinks, and time to connect off the field.
