Day 1 at Urgent Care Connect — what a great start. We wrapped up day one at #UrgentCareConnect with a lot of energy. The conversations were strong, and the response to our Fast PCR platform honestly exceeded expectations. It was clear from the questions and follow-ups that urgent care teams are looking for faster, more reliable molecular testing that fits the pace of their day-to-day operations. What stood out most was how many people said they’re eager to get hands-on with Fast PCR once FDA clearance is in place. We heard a consistent theme: solutions that can help teams move faster while still giving clinicians confidence in the result — without adding complexity to workflow. AMDI is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (Southwest) to establish our footprint across urgent care, office labs, and high-volume primary care. If you’re the kind of rep who likes being first in the door and setting the standard, this is that seat. You’ll build and advance a pipeline for the Fast PCR in your region, guide evaluations, align stakeholders, and drive first placements, reference sites, and adoption. You won’t be stepping into a mature engine, you’ll help define what “great” looks like in a new territory. You’ll work closely with the VP of Sales to prioritize targets, refine the approach, clear roadblocks, and turn early wins into a consistent, repeatable operating cadence. The Fast PCR is currently under FDA review and not yet cleared/authorized.
