About us

The Arizona Diamondbacks have won five National League West Division Championships (1999, 2001-02, 2007, 2011) and two National League pennants (2001 and 2023) since entering Major League Baseball as an expansion franchise in 1998. In just their fourth season, the D-backs became the fastest expansion team in MLB history to capture a World Series Championship, defeating the New York Yankees in the 2001 World Series. The club plays at Chase Field in downtown Phoenix, a premier sports and entertainment venue featuring a signature swimming pool and retractable roof designed to keep fans comfortable year-round. Beyond the diamond, the organization has established itself as one of professional sports’ most impactful philanthropic leaders, with the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation surpassing $100 million in charitable giving throughout Arizona. The D-backs are also consistently recognized among the “Best Places to Work” by the Phoenix Business Journal and BestCompaniesAZ. To learn more, visit dbacks.com. • Future broadcasters, marketers, accountants, executives... and maybe even a few future ballplayers! We loved welcoming the next generation to Chase Field for Bring Your Kids to Work Day. After spending the day alongside their parents and getting a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to work for a Major League Baseball organization, they wrapped up the experience with a special pregame recognition before taking in a D-backs win together. Thank you to all of our Team Players and their families for making it such a memorable day.

  • One of the many perks of being a D-backs Advantage Member is access to unforgettable experiences beyond Chase Field. Recently, a group of Advantage Members traveled to Nevada to cheer on the Reno Aces, enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of Greater Nevada Field and watch batting practice from the field before first pitch. It was a great opportunity to connect with fellow members while getting an exclusive look at the Diamondbacks' Triple-A affiliate. Exclusive opportunities like this are one of the many benefits available to our Advantage Members throughout the season. Learn more at dbacks.com/membership Thanks to our friends at the Reno Aces for this unforgettable experience!

  • Corbin Carroll helped send the D-backs Nike RBI Senior Baseball, Softball and Junior Baseball teams to the RBI West Regional Tournament in style, surprising all 48 student-athletes with brand-new Nike uniforms, cleats, backpacks and travel gear ahead of their trip to Portland. Representing 25 schools and communities across Arizona, these athletes have earned the opportunity to compete at the next level through the D-backs Nike RBI program, supported by the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation and Nike. For many, this tournament will be their first time traveling by airplane, experiencing premium travel accommodations and playing on a Major League-caliber field. The Senior Baseball team heads to Portland as the defending RBI World Series champion and is looking to capture its fourth consecutive RBI West Regional title. The Softball team returns as the reigning RBI West Regional champion. This season also marks an exciting milestone with the addition of the Junior Baseball division, creating even more opportunities for young athletes across Arizona. Best of luck to all three teams as they compete in the 2026 RBI West Regional Tournament in Portland from July 16-19. We're proud to cheer them on every step of the way as they compete to advance to the RBI World Series! ❤️⚾

  • Leadership extends far beyond the ballpark. As part of the Diamondbacks Leadership Academy, a year-long professional development program designed to strengthen leadership, collaboration and service, members of our eighth class recently volunteered at St. Mary's Food Bank. Together, they packaged 38 pallets of bread that will help provide meals to families and individuals across Arizona. We're proud to see our team putting leadership into action and making a meaningful impact in our community. Thank you to St. Mary's Food Bank for the opportunity to serve alongside you.

  • Baseball is more than a game — it's a powerful tool for learning. Through D-backs Science of Baseball presented by Resolution Copper, educators and students across Arizona explore STEM concepts through the lens of baseball, bringing science, technology, engineering and math to life in engaging and meaningful ways. Since 2012, the program has connected classrooms, teachers and students with hands-on learning opportunities throughout the state. Last week, 40 STEM educators serving grades 3-8 participated in a D-backs Science of Baseball workshop, where they explored new ways to teach STEM concepts through the game of baseball while receiving access to the program curriculum, a STEM supply kit, exclusive swag and the opportunity to collaborate with fellow educators on best practices for bringing the program to life in their classrooms. Administered by Science of Sport, Science of Baseball is one of the longest-running educational initiatives supported by the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, using the game of baseball to teach STEM concepts and inspire the next generation of learners. • Yesterday, we were proud to celebrate Black Excellence Night in honor of Juneteenth, recognizing individuals and organizations whose leadership, service and impact continue to strengthen communities across Arizona.   We were honored to recognize the Black Chamber of Arizona, the state's premier organization supporting Black-owned businesses since 1995, and President & CEO Dr. Velma Trayham, whose leadership has helped mentor thousands of entrepreneurs and support the growth of more than 1,200 Arizona businesses. In partnership with the Shining Light Foundation, we also recognized five remarkable leaders whose work continues to create lasting change throughout our community: - Dr. Josephine Pete, Arizona Women's Hall of Fame inductee and trailblazer in Arizona public education as the first African American woman principal at South Mountain High School, and the first woman to serve as Assistant Superintendent in the Roosevelt School District.   - Cloves Campbell, Publisher of the Arizona Informant Arizona's only Black-owned weekly newspaper and a trusted voice for the state's Black community since 1971. - M Ali Nervis, founder of Grassrootz Bookstore, Phoenix's only brick-and-mortar Black-owned independent bookstore.   - Ginger Spencer, Assistant City Manager for the City of Phoenix with three decades of leadership experience in public service and civic advancement. - Basil Ribakare, a first-generation college student and recent graduate from Arizona State University, Chairman of SEED Philanthropy (Students Engaged in Ethical Donations), the world's first all-Black youth giving group, and Arizona’s representative at the 2026 Western Governors’ Leadership Institute.   The celebration continued with Mario A. Bayne, founder of Career Concepts for Youth, throwing out the ceremonial first pitch as we recognized his 35 years of empowering young people through mentorship, leadership development and career exploration.   The team hosted some notable guests at batting practice: Devin D. Palacio/Vice President, Governing Board, Tolleson Union High School District and Will Greaves/Assistant Football Coach at Campo Verde High School.   The Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church Choir honored heritage, resilience and unity through performances of both "Lift Every Voice and Sing" and the National Anthem.   We were also proud to recognize Abby Charles, Miss Arizona for America Strong, whose leadership and community involvement exemplify the spirit of Black Excellence Night.   Thank you to all of our honorees, community partners, performers and fans for helping us celebrate the achievements, contributions and lasting impact of Arizona's Black community.

  • Last week, we hosted the 26th annual D-backs Inter-Tribal Youth Baseball & Softball Tournament, presented by Talking Stick Resort and supported by Resolution Copper and Nike.   The week-long event brought together nearly 1,500 Native American youth athletes from more than 20 tribes across six states — Arizona, New Mexico, California, Oklahoma, Texas and Mississippi — making it the largest all-Native youth baseball and softball tournament in the nation. A total of 84 teams competed at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick and neighboring facilities throughout the tournament.   Established by the Diamondbacks Foundation in 1999, the tournament provides Native American youth with the unique opportunity to compete on professional-caliber fields. The Arizona Diamondbacks remain the only Major League Baseball organization to host a youth baseball and softball tournament exclusively for Native American athletes.   Over the past 26 years, the Diamondbacks Foundation has invested more than $1.5 million into the program, helping create opportunities for more than 20,000 Native American youth. By keeping entry fees affordable and providing game tickets and tournament shirts, the tournament helps remove financial barriers while creating an environment where participants can develop their skills, build confidence, strengthen connections with fellow tribal communities and create lasting memories both on and off the field.

  • We’re excited to welcome Uber Eats to the D-backs family! As a global leader in on-demand delivery, Uber Eats has changed the way people connect with their favorite restaurants and local businesses. Through this new partnership, Uber Eats will have a presence across D-backs platforms all season long, including in-ballpark signage, media integration, digital activations, promotional campaigns, and fan engagement opportunities. One of the most exciting elements of the partnership is the D-backs Doubles Trigger, presented by Uber Eats. Every time the D-backs hit a double, local fans will have the opportunity to unlock an exclusive offer through Uber Eats, creating a direct connection between the action on the field and rewards for our fans. Whether you're at Chase Field cheering on the D-backs or watching from home, Uber Eats will help keep fans fueled throughout the season. Welcome to the Show, Uber Eats!
