Our Career Development team took a trip to our Truss Plant in Dowagiac to see the ins and outs of how a truss is designed and brought to life! A big thank you to our team in Dowagiac for showing us the process, sharing their knowledge, and giving us a great behind-the-scenes look at the manufacturing & design side of the operation. We learned a lot and had a great time! 👏

We’d like to recognize Emily at our Truss Plant for going above and beyond to help a coworker navigate some fleet obstacles and permit processes. Emily’s patience, knowledge, and willingness to help made all the difference in getting everything figured out. Thanks for always being willing to jump in and help out! We appreciate you. 👏

Big C Lumber reposted this
A successful contractor day at Big C Lumber a few weeks ago where customers got the chance to take a shot at dunking WindsorONE rep Ryan Jeffreys! Thanks to everyone at Big C Lumber for having us out. Ryan may have volunteered for this one, but we’re pretty sure he’ll think twice next time. 😂

Exciting things are happening in Fort Wayne! We recently held a small groundbreaking ceremony for something pretty special—our first-ever Big C Lumber location being built completely from the ground up! 🔨 We’re so excited to see this project come to life and can’t wait to keep you updated along the way. A big thank you to Strebig Construction and Vintage Archonics for helping this new location come to life.

Congratulations to Jason Ferrier on 20 years with Big C Lumber! 🎉👏 Jason is our General Manager at the Coloma location and has held several roles throughout his 20 years with Big C—from Truss Plant Supervisor, to Operations Manager at multiple locations, and now General Manager. You’ve worked hard and worked your way up through the company. Well deserved, Jason! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication over the years!
