Bloomberg Industry Group

More than 900 employees and family members joined us for Bloomberg Day—and brought the celebration to life! 🎉 From spades, dominoes and ping pong to creative activities, and a visit from nonprofit partner Lucky Dog, there was something for everyone—with The Groove Spot Band & Show setting the mood. Thank you to our employees and their families for bringing the energy and community spirit that made the day so special!

Nearly half of the roughly 1,150 attorneys queried this summer said their well-being had declined since the start of 2025, an exclusive Bloomberg Law survey shows. It's a big bump from the roughly one-quarter of attorneys who said in the same 2024 survey that their well-being had diminished since the start of that year. The State of Mind report shows many attorneys trapped in a vicious cycle: feeling anxious and burned out in the workplace yet unable to get work off their minds or take advantage of programs intended to boost their well-being. Twenty-five years later, we still remember. On the 25th anniversary of September 11, we honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost and hold close the survivors, first responders, families, and communities forever changed. Here in Arlington, we remember the tragedy at the Pentagon and honor the courage, compassion, and resilience shown that day and in the days that followed. We also pause to remember our Bloomberg colleagues Pete Alderman, Bill Kelly, and Paul Ortiz, whose lives were lost at the World Trade Center. Their memories remain with us. #September11 #NeverForget

In the dark days after 9/11, our country came together like never before. We gave blood. We donated food. We volunteered. It was patriotism at its best: love of country in action, through service to one another. Twenty-five years later, America could use more of that spirit. https://bit.ly/4gNkl9C

ILTACON was a big moment for Bloomberg Law. BLAW kicked things off at the company overview with Kara DelVecchio, Cesca Antonelli and Aaron Pierce, who gave a packed room a look at what’s changing at Bloomberg Law and what legal professionals need next. Closing with a master class, Mat Rotenberg brought it back to the people at the center of it all: lawyers and the confidence to act. Monitor. Analyze. Act. That’s where BLAW is headed: helping lawyers move from information to insight to action. The conversation didn’t stop at the conference. BLAW earned coverage from Above the Law and Artificial Lawyer, extending the momentum beyond the ILTACON floor. Their generosity, energy and commitment helped make Bloomberg Industry Group AFAC’s second-largest corporate donor in 2026 to date. Thank you to our employees and our partners at AFAC for turning cans into community impact.
