Resource Recycling, Inc. recently featured our company's progress toward zero waste, including our TRUE Gold certification. There’s a lot behind that number, from rethinking our oatmeal cups to reducing food waste and finding new ways to keep materials out of landfills. A look back at Milwaukie Porchfest! 🏡🎶 There's something special about gathering in our own hometown. This summer, we joined our local Milwaukie community for Porchfest, bringing brownies and blondies, a frosting decorating station, cornhole and plenty of good energy to the day. Kids and families filled the streets as neighbors came together to enjoy live music from local musicians, creating a great reminder of what Moregetherness is all about.❤️

Six community outreach events. 1,625 meals. A lot of employee-owner teamwork. ❤️ So far this summer, Bob’s Red Mill employee owners have come together to pack brown bag meals for local shelters, with our Peanut Butter Jelly & Oat Bars included in every meal. For us, being employee-owned means showing up for our community and finding ways to make a difference together.
