  • Looking for that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? 🍀 Turns out, a lot of employees already found it - they're just waiting to collect it before they make their next move. 48% of bonus-expecting employees plan to look for new opportunities after their payout clears. And 68% admit they stayed at a job longer than they wanted to, specifically to get that bonus first. If you're a manager, March and April are worth paying attention to, especially in marketing, finance, and HR. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿: → Q1 bonuses land → Employees reassess their compensation → The ones who feel they've outgrown their role start exploring → Movement picks up 4-8 weeks later 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁: → Performance Marketing Managers → FP&A Directors & Controllers → Senior HR Business Partners The good news? This is completely manageable. A proactive compensation conversation - before bonus season wraps - goes a long way. And if someone does decide to move on, it's an opportunity to find the right fit for both sides. The post-bonus shuffle isn't about luck. It's a predictable pattern. And if you know it's coming, you can plan for it. Read the full breakdown (with data by function): https://lnkd.in/gbC6rNFw Custom salary benchmarking: https://lnkd.in/guMQUz6s

  • The CFO role has changed. So has the salary. CFOs aren't just managing numbers anymore - they're navigating M&A, leveraging AI for predictive analytics, and operating as strategic co-pilots to the CEO. And the market is paying for it. • Last Friday afternoon, Team Celarity spent a few hours with Good in the 'Hood - and it was time well spent!! We matched donated shoes into pairs, sorted food for their food bank, and helped get everything ready for distribution. Good In The 'Hood does incredible work in our community, providing affordable shoes and winter boots to people who need them, with proceeds funding food programs for local families. One donation genuinely helps twice: shoes for feet, food for families. We're grateful to organizations like this that strengthen our community every day. And we're thankful they let us show up and be part of it. If you're looking for a place to donate gently used shoes or volunteer your time, Good In The 'Hood is worth checking out. 💙 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gcf5qMNV

  • If you've had a strong attrition in March or April, it probably wasn't random. 48% of bonus-expecting employees plan to leave after the payout clears. 68% admit they stayed at a job longer than they wanted just to collect the bonus first. That's not a small number. And it means the 4-8 weeks after bonuses hit are worth paying attention to - especially in marketing, finance, and HR.
