Another weekend, another incredible accomplishment for Charcutnuvo CEO, Eric. 🏊🚴🏃 What started as a weekend helping two friends along their triathlon journey turned into an unforgettable performance at the Michigan State Triathlon Championships. Competing in the Olympic-distance race, Eric completed a 1,500-meter swim, 28-mile bike ride, and 5.3-mile run in an impressive 2:34, earning the title of Michigan Masters Triathlon Champion. Even more impressive, he finished as the 4th overall male, with only three competitors in their 20s crossing the finish line ahead of him. Eric's dedication, discipline, and relentless pursuit of excellence inspire all of us at Charcutnuvo.
