  • Before, during, and after the encounter, Commure Ambient AI is built to empower clinicians where they already work in MEDITECH. Embedded in Expanse and Expanse Now, Commure helps clinicians prepare for the visit, capture the conversation, and turn it into structured documentation that flows directly into the chart. Willis Knighton Health chose Commure after a head-to-head pilot on Expanse. Ask us what their clinicians told them. Come see it live at our booth today at #MEDITECHLive.

A $7 billion company. The founder who helped build it. The investor who saw the vision. And yes, they’re both brown girls! 👀 On Thursday, October 8, we’re bringing both sides of the story into one room to kick off Season three of the Brown Girls, Money Moves Podcast. Join us for the live recording in San Francisco! Deepika Bodapati, Co-founder and COO of Commure, sits down with Varsha Rao, an angel investor who backed Commure, for a candid founder-investor conversation. We’ll dive into what building a unicorn actually looks like, what an investor sees before everyone else notices, and how their investor-founder relationship has evolved over time. This evening is for South Asian women in industry who are angel investing or interested in exploring angel investing. Come for the conversation. Stay for the connections. This event is produced with our event partner, Home in Stone Events. RSVP by September 24th, Spots are Limited: https://lnkd.in/g92UEjkX

  • Willis Knighton Health, the largest healthcare provider in northwest Louisiana, put Commure Ambient AI up against another vendor across eight specialties on MEDITECH Expanse. The verdict came from the clinicians who used it every day: → 88% reported less time in the chart and lower cognitive burden → 95% would recommend Commure to a peer → More than 80% preferred Commure over the competition That pilot became an enterprise rollout across Willis Knighton's ambulatory clinics, and the emergency department is next. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/g3fzr3ns We're at MEDITECH LIVE starting tomorrow. One week left! Commure Orchestrator is a finalist for Home Health Care News' Product of the Year, and you can still vote before voting ends on September 30. Orchestrator handles referral intake and management, the part of home health operations that's buried in faxes, portals, and manual eligibility checks. It reads the clinical documents, runs the checks, and writes everything back into the EHR so intake teams can accept or decline faster. It's now processing tens of thousands of referrals a week across thousands of payers and facilities, and faster referrals mean patients get care sooner. Vote here: https://lnkd.in/gHEGGY9N (instructions in the comments) Learn more about Orchestrator: https://lnkd.in/gijxDNyg

We joined the HealthLeaders Exchange for CMOs this week for a roundtable on patient access, physician efficiency, and where AI investment decisions are headed. Our Senior Account Director Enterprise, Kirstin Lazri, our Director of Enterprise Growth, Lexi Hull, and Dr. Vikesh Tahiliani MD, MBA sat down with chief clinical and physician executives from health systems across the country for a candid, peer-led conversation. The sharpest thread in the room: physician burnout and retention topped every CMO's list of concerns, and most in the room see technology as the lever that actually moves it.

  • Our CEO Tanay Tandon wrote a viral essay to the team about hiring "heat-seeking missiles for pain": people who run toward problems instead of away from them. He explains the idea on The Neon Fund Show: the people who detect pain early (customer pain, internal pain, team friction), and go solve it, tend to become the best leaders and grow the fastest inside a startup. If that sounds like you, we're hiring: https://lnkd.in/gDzTuCwS

Ambient AI has to work when a provider switches from English to Arabic mid-visit, across different clinical workflows, and with minutes between patients. Justin Paquette spent two weeks in the Middle East forward deploying shoulder to shoulder with providers. He shipped a same-day fix to provider activity-window logic, then reworked per-recording language detection for code-switched English/Arabic encounters to generalize across all 100 languages Ambient supports. Two days later: 40% faster note generation and EHR writeback with flawless dialect handling. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gWH4_num

  • Every credit card swipe runs through an adjudication process, an interchange, a bank releasing funds instantly. That system costs 2 to 3% to run. Healthcare costs 15 to 20% to transact the same kind of information. Our CEO Tanay Tandon breaks down why that gap exists and what it takes to close it, on the Neon Fund Show. Listen to the full episode below.
