  • Perelel, the OB/GYN-founded women's health startup, officially hit a $100M run rate and has been profitable since the end of 2024. Co-founded by Victoria Thain Gioia, Alex Taylor, and Dr. Banafsheh Bayati, Perelel debuted in 2020 with a line of science-backed prenatal vitamins. Today, the company offers a broader portfolio of women's health solutions, all centered on clinically-backed ingredients and bioavailability. In November, Perelel secured $27M in growth funding from Prelude Growth Partners, an investor in Tower 28, The Center, Banza, Bachan's, and several other leading consumer brands. Perelel's other investors include Selva Ventures, Unilever Ventures, and Willow Growth Partners.

The company's previous investors include the founders of Hu Kitchen, Zumba, Vega, Promix, Netflix, Vibrant Ventures, Mystic Ventures, alongside several artists like Grimes, BLOND:ISH, and Mike Posner.   • Stride Consumer Partners has closed Fund II with $550M in capital commitments.The Boston-based private equity firm now has $1.3B under management.   • Premium soda brand Something & Nothing | B Corp™ secured $6.4M in equity funding led by Venrex. Though originally founded in the UK, Something & Nothing now generates more than 65% of its global revenue in the U.S. Built by a team of three with almost no marketing spend, U.S. revenue grew 70% across June and July, and Amazon sales more than doubled over the summer. Venrex is an investor in Apothékary, Cob, Graymatter, Charlotte Tilbury, Vieve, and several other consumer brands.
