Amy Gasbarro has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Caribou, effective October 1, 2026, as part of a planned leadership transition at the healthcare services company. She succeeds Richard Fleder, who moves into the role of Executive Chairman. Gasbarro previously served as President of Caribou, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s strategy and operations. She will now lead Caribou as it continues expanding its pharmacy benefit management audit, payment integrity and fiduciary solutions.

He will subsequently become President and Chief Executive Officer and join Kadant’s Board of Directors on January 2, 2027. Colwell has spent more than a decade with Kadant and currently leads its Industrial Processing segment as Senior Vice President. He previously oversaw the company’s wood processing and fiber-based products businesses and served as President and CEO of Carmanah Design & Manufacturing before its acquisition by Kadant in 2013.

The appointment was announced September 30, with co-founder and former CEO Jason Rusnak moving into the role of Chairman of the Board. Coleman joins Neighborly Software from NEOGOV, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and helped scale the public-sector workforce technology business. Across his career, he has led multiple acquisitions and previously served as CEO of a publicly traded company. At Neighborly Software, Coleman will lead the company as it continues expanding its technology platform for government-funded programs used by hundreds of public-sector organizations across the United States.

Rick Metzger has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola, effective October 12, 2026. Metzger returns to Ascension after previously spending nearly seven years with Ascension Providence in leadership roles. Metzger most recently served as CEO of USA Health Providence Hospital in Mobile, Alabama, where he led the 349-bed hospital through operational improvements, technology initiatives and clinical service growth. He previously served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Ascension Providence from 2016 to 2023. His healthcare career spans more than two decades, beginning in patient care and progressing through nursing, hospital operations and executive leadership.

J. Michael Bruff has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Presidio, bringing more than 30 years of finance and operational leadership experience to the technology solutions company. Bruff set to join the company on October 5, 2026. Bruff most recently served as CFO of Envision Healthcare, following earlier CFO roles at LifeStance Health and ChenMed. He previously served as CFO of Varian and spent nearly two decades at Dell Technologies in finance and business leadership positions. At Presidio, Bruff will oversee the finance organization as the company enters its next phase of growth and transformation.

Arthur Hu has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer at Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), effective September 30, 2026. Hu brings more than 25 years of experience leading global technology, digital transformation and AI initiatives. Hu joins BD from Lenovo, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology & Delivery Officer for the Solutions and Services Group. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at McKinsey & Company, advising organizations on technology, operations and transformation. At BD, Hu will focus on modernizing the company's enterprise technology capabilities, embedding AI into its operations and connecting technology more closely with business outcomes. He succeeds Denise Russell Fleming, who is retiring at the end of 2026.

Roger Lynch has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Mattel, Inc., moving from his position as CEO of Condé Nast to lead the global toy and entertainment company. Lynch will become Chairman on October 2 and assume the CEO role on or before November 2. Lynch has served on Mattel’s Board since 2018 and currently serves as its Independent Lead Director. He has led Condé Nast since 2019, overseeing the global media company through a period of significant transformation. His previous CEO roles include Pandora and Sling TV. At Mattel, Lynch will lead a business spanning toys, entertainment, digital gaming, consumer products and live experiences, including major brands such as Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price and American Girl.

Brian Ruzycki has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at Title Resources Group (TRG), taking on the newly created executive role to oversee the company’s technology organization. Ruzycki brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience spanning mortgage lending, servicing, capital markets, fintech, SaaS and real estate technology.
