  • Organic farming is about more than what ends up on your plate. It helps support healthier soil, cleaner water, and thriving farming communities. This Organic Month, we’re proud to support the CCOF Organic Foundation, whose programs help organic farmers succeed while protecting the land we all depend on. Better food starts with how it’s grown, and we’re proud to support the people growing it. Learn more and join us in supporting organic farming: https://lnkd.in/gr2drneE

  • A simple idea with the potential for real impact: make healthy food HSA/FSA eligible. More from our CEO Ricky Silver.

Some facts are hard to ignore. While 6 out of 10 Americans suffer from at least one chronic disease, only 1 out of every 10 Americans eat their daily recommended amount of fruits and vegetables. The release of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s updated dietary guidelines earlier this year has received a lot of attention, but every version of those guidelines for decades has lifted up the benefit of whole fruits and vegetables and for good reason. PLOS Medicine found in a 2019 study that if Americans met their daily fruit and vegetable guidelines, they could prevent 1.93 million cardiovascular events and save $40 billion in U.S. healthcare costs. But the guidelines aren't changing behavior. At least not fast enough. And that's because it's not an education or awareness issue. It's an affordability issue. Overhauling our food system to uplift nourishing whole and minimally processed foods is a worthy moonshot level effort that will not be easy. Which is exactly why we can't afford to leave obvious options on the table to make it easier for people to afford the foods that are objectively good for them. In my latest op-ed, I argue that the IRS should be directed to expand health savings and flexible spending account eligibility to include fresh, frozen and canned fruits and vegetables, just like they have with prescription and over the counter medicine. The proposal is simple: leverage pre-tax money that workers already earned and already saved for and let them use it for the foods that prevent disease.  Give it a read here: https://lnkd.in/dbmXJXQb

  • Still feeling the energy from Expo West 🌟 It was an incredible moment to reintroduce Daily Harvest as part of the Chobani family and showcase what makes the One Chobani approach so special. We’re so grateful to the collective teams who brought this vision to life! 👏

What an incredible week for the Daily Harvest team! We had the opportunity to re-introduce ourselves, now a part of the Chobani family at Expo West and we had the best time doing it. It was a true "pinch me" moment for myself and the team to be a part of such an epic display of what makes the One Chobani way so unique within the food and beverage space. Our collective north star is nourishment and it's driven by natural, nutritious, delicious, and accessible innovation. The energy at the booth was palpable from start to finish. Thank you so much to our teams who made it all possible. You all are truly an inspiration! 👏 👏 👏

  • Proud of our CEO, Ricky Silver, for joining Future Commerce to discuss the evolving food system and the growing importance of trust in commerce. From “Eat Food, Not Fiction” to building flexibility into our model, this conversation reflects how we’re thinking about the future of nourishment and the responsibility brands have within it. Take a listen https://lnkd.in/e8MtBvZw

I’ve always believed that if you want to change a system, you have to be willing to engage with it directly. That was the heart of my conversation on the Future Commerce podcast this week. We talked about the future of the food system, the growing trust gap in wellness, and why our “Eat Food, Not Fiction” campaign is resonating right now. Consumers today have more information than ever. But more information doesn’t always mean more clarity. Between social media trends, over-engineered solutions, and constant “silver bullets,” it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Our belief Daily Harvest remains simple: organic fruits and vegetables are foundational to health. The real challenge isn’t access to information — it’s about creating nourishing and accessible habits. If we can help someone make one simple, nourishing choice in their day and remove a little stress in the process, that matters. We also discussed our decision to move beyond a required subscription model. That shift wasn’t just operational. It was philosophical. Consumers are asking for flexibility and autonomy. If we’re truly listening, we have to evolve with them, even when that change creates short-term complexity for the business. And maybe the most important theme of the conversation was collectivism. If we’re serious about building a better food system, it cannot be about one company winning in isolation. Real progress requires collaboration,  across brands, across supply chains, and across communities. The challenges facing our food system are larger than any one organization. I’m grateful for the thoughtful dialogue and the opportunity to share our perspective. Watch the episode out now. Link: https://lnkd.in/eVHY7xs9

  • Excited to introduce two new additions to the Daily Harvest portfolio, designed to support modern wellness routines with real, functional ingredients. Meet our High Protein Oat Bowls and Functional Elixirs, two innovations rooted in our belief that nourishment should be simple, transparent, and purpose-driven. Our High Protein Oat Bowls, available in Blueberry Maple Pecan, Mixed Berry, Hazelnut Cacao, and Apple Cinnamon, bring the same ingredient integrity as our smoothies into a heartier, heat-and-eat format. With 16g+ of plant protein, an excellent source of fiber, and Certified Organic ingredients, they’re built for busy mornings, overnight prep, or on-the-go routines. Our Functional Elixirs, offered in Mixed Berry Antioxidant Support and Golden Chai Immunity Support, transform fruits and vegetables into easy-to-use frozen cubes that blend seamlessly into hot teas, cold tonics, or smoothies. Each blend delivers 100% of your daily vitamin C. Both new offerings are live on our site, making healthy habits easier than ever. #cpg #newproductlaunches

  • Introducing Daily Harvest’s Wellness Fortune Teller Experience: “Your Fate, Blended” 🔮. To celebrate Eat Food, Not Fiction, we transformed a psychic storefront in SoHo into an immersive brand moment designed to challenge over-the-top wellness trends and refocus the conversation on real, nourishing food. Guests stepped inside for personalized “wellness readings” powered by our crystal blender and tarot reader. They experienced wellness tarot readings using our custom-designed cards, each created to playfully satirize over-the-top wellness trends and reframe the narrative around real, nourishing ingredients. The experience blended cultural commentary with product discovery, inviting influencers, media, and consumers to sample our Protein Smoothies and Functional Elixirs while engaging with the campaign in a memorable, shareable way. What began as a storefront activation quickly extended beyond SoHo through creator amplification across TikTok and Instagram. Proud of the team Nicholas Killeen Megan A. who brought this to life and grateful to our partners The Experiential Group for making it happen! #Brandactivations

We kicked off the year by launching our fully integrated media campaign, Eat Food, Not Fiction, challenging the noise of modern wellness culture and reaffirming our commitment to real, recognizable ingredients. Debuting December 26th across digital, social, and connected TV, the campaign reframed fruits and vegetables as a counter cultural choice at a time when supplements, proprietary blends, and influencer-backed shortcuts dominate the conversation. Created in partnership with Schaaf and directed by Sara Shelton (Station Film Productions), our 60-second hero film reimagines “My Favorite Things” as “Fictional Things,” spotlighting the absurdity of miracle powders and exaggerated health claims before landing on something much simpler: real food. The launch also marked the debut of our redesigned website, rooted in ingredient transparency, sourcing education, and nutritional clarity, alongside new product introductions. This new phase for Daily Harvest also introduced a no-subscription option for the first time, giving customers the freedom to shop on their own terms. See here! https://lnkd.in/ePRdmqBe
