We’re still buzzing from our Annual Operations Leaders Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, where General Managers from across the country came together representing Dave & Buster's and Main Event. This event is all about celebrating our #1 leaders: our General Managers - the people who power the guest experiences our brands are known for and build the strong team culture inside our locations every day. It was an action-packed three days of connecting with peers from coast to coast, sharing best practices, celebrating achievements, aligning on the road ahead and having some fun along the way. Our CEO Tarun Lal, alongside the leadership team, kicked things off by reinforcing our strategy: building an entertainment-first company and continuing to lead the pack in the location-based entertainment industry - staying ahead with innovative game experiences, creating unforgettable moments for our guests, and continuing to invest in our people who make it all possible.
