We hosted an HR Town Hall, bringing the broader HR team together to share updates, reinforce accountability and ownership, and connect on priorities that support our people and the business. We also focused on how we can operate more efficiently and invest in continuous learning to help our teams grow and adapt. More than 400 industry leaders gathered in Tyler, TX for the 13th Annual Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce Energy Summit, an event focused on the ideas and partnerships shaping the future of energy. Delek US was proud to serve as presenting sponsor! With perspectives from leaders including Todd Staples (TXOGA) and Jim Wright (Texas Railroad Commission), the program covered everything from Texas oil and gas to public utilities and emerging energy development. The event closed with remarks from Delek’s retired Refinery Manager, Jeff Harris, Chairman of the Tyler Area Chamber Energy Council, who highlighted the strength of the Tyler community and the critical role of Texas energy in supporting energy independence and driving growth and innovation.
