Day 3 at ViVE: Themes solidified By the time I headed back to the airport, themes emerged and solidified. 🌟 Start with the problem, not the solution. Keep focus on what can be simplified, reduced, or removed in systems and processes. When we skip this step, we don’t innovate — we layer. And layering is exactly what’s exhausting clinicians. 🌟 Decrease the burden. If innovation doesn’t reduce cognitive burden, streamline access, and give time back — maybe it is just noise. We need more Clarity – this really landed with me as it is my Word of the Year. I am hopeful returning home from LA. In the wise words of Emily Warr, we can make care “feel human” again.
