  • Energy efficiency programs are typically measured in energy saved. But what do they give back to the surrounding economy? E Source set out to answer that question for PSE&G. Our economic impact analysis found their energy efficiency programs generated more than $1.15 billion in economic output across New Jersey in 2025, a return of $2.85 for every dollar invested. Proof that efficiency investments pay dividends well beyond the meter. • Storm season doesn't wait for outage season to end. And overgrown trees definitely don't care what's on your Q4 roadmap. That's exactly why we're headed to Booth 203 at EEI's Fall TDM&MA Conference, September 27-30 in Bellevue, WA, ready to show off our Vegetation Intelligence and Storm Intelligence solutions. Stop by for a live demo, ask us the hard questions, and meet the team: Christopher Morecroft, Kara Fuller, and Kyle R. Carson will all be on hand. And don't miss our own Jason C. Huffine live on stage Tuesday, September 29 (1:00-2:30pm) for the panel "Driving Lasting Change in a Time of Constant Transformation," alongside leaders from Southern Company, Fulcrum, Georgia Power, and Alabama Power. Booth 203. Demos all week. See you there. #EEITDMMA #GridReliability #VegetationManagement #StormResponse

  • We're headed to Trees & Utilities in Portland, and we're bringing the team, a live demo, and valuable utility perspectives. Catch E Source’s Jonah Keim on stage with Patrick Eisenhauer of PPL for "Lessons from 27,600 Miles of Distribution Circuit Where Vegetation Risk Really Lives" on Wednesday (9/23) at 8:30–9:10 am in Room B115-116.  They'll dig into what tracking risk across 27,600 miles of distribution circuit actually reveals about where vegetation threatens reliability, and what that means for how utilities plan around it. Then stop by booth #20, where we'll be giving you a sneak preview of the scenario planning capability we just added to GridInform® Vegetation Intelligence. Our team, including Christopher Morecroft, Kyle Shoff, and Jonah, will be on-site all week. If you'd rather skip the show floor, pre-schedule a demo and we'll set aside dedicated time.  See you in Portland. • Long-term vegetation planning used to take months. Now it takes minutes. E Source just launched live scenario planning inside GridInform® Vegetation Intelligence, so utilities can model 5–10 year vegetation strategies and quantify the reliability, risk, and cost tradeoffs before committing field resources. No more static studies that are outdated the moment system conditions shift. Just data-backed plans utilities can defend to regulators and stakeholders, built on demand. See it in person at Trees & Utilities in Portland this September, or read more here >> https://lnkd.in/ebCywEJR #VegetationManagement #UtilityAnalytics #GridReliability

  • Utility websites are getting easier to use behind the login, and this year’s E Source Website Benchmark shows exactly who’s leading the way. We evaluated the secure side of 43 utility websites across the US and Canada, tracking performance since 2002 across findability, functionality, content, and appearance. The 2026 results show real progress: the My Account experience climbed to 85 out of 100, a 49-point gain since 2019. Pacific Gas and Electric Company earned the top overall score, followed by ComEd. Both delivered strong desktop and mobile experiences paired with intuitive navigation and robust functionality. Several utilities also stood out within their segments: -       FortisBC earned the highest score among Canadian utilities, leading the field on findability. -       SMUD led public power utilities, posting one of the strongest appearance scores in the study. -       New Jersey Natural Gas topped the gas-only segment, driven by strong mobile performance and functionality. -       Colorado Springs Utilities earned the highest score among utilities serving fewer than 500,000 customer accounts, proving smaller utilities can deliver digital experiences on par with the industry’s largest players. Congratulations to all the utilities recognized this year! Read more online at: https://lnkd.in/gmMPRuUG #UtilityCX #DigitalSelfService #CustomerExperience
