Come today or tomorrow to see these fine folks at the Kehe Holiday Show in Chicago, booth 1007! They'll be slinging samples and selling fries and tots, all with our goal of getting some good, clean food options to more folks in the Midwest.

Well would you look at that? Our tots making waves, and not just in a trendy, specialty CPG competition, but one that we think represents middle America and wide appeal 😎 Thank you to the National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association, Inc. for this opportunity and the recognition. The best part? The judges left us very detailed feedback on the product- and not all of it positive. It's rare that we get this kind of honesty. Normally people just say the tots are really good! And they genuinely are delicious, but good critical feedback will make them even better. All thanks to our scrappy team in small-town Pennsylvania that made this possible! Farming is, by it's nature, destructive. And potatoes are an intensive crop. Exposed soil, excessive chemical use, and over-reliance on synthetic fertilizer is the status quo in modern potato production. So we're building something different- an organic and regenerative system for potatoes that builds our soil, doesn't deplete it. Plowing is NOT a regenerative practice, so we go to great lengths to offset the damage done with cover crops, manure, and no-till seeding. We're all about transparency, so rather than hide the dirty parts of organic farming, we want people to know where their food comes from. After all, CLEAN FOOD IS DIRTY WORK

From organic potato fields to 1,300 grocery doors, Folkland Foods is betting there’s untapped demand in the frozen aisle. 🥔❄️ Founded by brothers Zachary and Colton Troyer, the Pennsylvania-based brand is building a vertically integrated organic fries and tots business on 1,600 acres of transitioning farmland — targeting what it sees as a major supply gap, with organic accounting for just 1% of frozen potato products.
