Today we remember the lives forever changed 25 years ago.   We remember those who lost their lives and the families and loved ones who continue to carry that loss. We honor the first responders and the servicemen and women who sacrificed so much to protect our country.   May we never forget.

One of our favorite values here at Forge: Do the next right thing. We remind ourselves, at least once a week, that there's a difference between what we *can* control and what we *can't*. It's easy to get caught in the overwhelm of the big picture, but progress doesn't come from standing still or spinning out. It comes from steady, intentional movement while doing the next right thing.   What's the next right thing for you today?

Earlier this summer, Forge celebrated five years! It was wonderful and amazing and a pinch-me moment for our whole team.   But ultimately, our celebration was a reminder that businesses are never built by one person. They're built through relationships, trust, and the opportunity to serve incredible clients and candidates along the way. They're also built by an incredible team that shares the same commitment to doing the next right thing every day.   To everyone who has been part of our story over the past five years: thank you. We're grateful for your trust and excited for what the years ahead will bring.
