  • “I like being able to help both coworkers and customers,” Brian Vasser said. Brian is a standout Operations Associate based in Nebraska City, Nebraska, where he helps keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting customers, teammates, and the overall success of Frontier. While the title covers a wide range of responsibilities, Brian says that's one of the things he enjoys most about the role. “Every day is a little different,” he said. As an Operations Associate, Brian assists with daily tasks to keep operations moving efficiently. The variety of work means there is always something new to tackle. No two days look exactly alike. One day may involve helping a customer find a solution. The next might focus on equipment, inventory, or supporting the team with operational needs. Through it all, the goal remains the same: making sure our customers are taken care of and business runs smoothly. For Brian, the people are what make the job rewarding. That team atmosphere is one of the reasons Frontier has been a good fit for him. He values the supportive culture and the relationships he has built with his coworkers. “I enjoy the people that I work with and the sense that they have my back when I need help,” Brian said. The role has also provided something that's important outside of work: balance. Brian appreciates the opportunity to spend time with his family while still building a rewarding career. “I highly value the home time I get,” he said. “It has allowed me to have a better work-life balance and spend more time with my family.” For Brian, a successful day comes down to helping others, solving problems, and making sure things run as they should. It's that commitment to teamwork, service, and adaptability that makes Operations Associates an important part of Frontier's success. Does Brian's role interest you?
