This week's customer story is a small one. General Medicine designer Jeff Vlahos talked with Lois, a customer in Virginia, about a prescription refill. General Medicine showed her options for where to get it, and the price — both cash or with her insurance. She decided to pay in advance. That meant she didn't need to pay anything at the pharmacy. "I liked it, I really liked it," she said. "A lot of times I'll forget to take my debit card or my wallet. It was nice to just be able to walk in and not have to swipe and pay. I would definitely do that again." Picking up a prescription is the kind of errand that makes everyone roll their eyes. You don't know the price until you're standing at the counter, your insurance might not go through, or you forgot your card again. For Lois, none of that happened. Not having to dig for a wallet at checkout was the win. She told Jeff: "You all by far have been the best."
