And that’s a wrap on ServiceNow World Forum Sydney 2026! This week, the GPJ Australia team brought ServiceNow’s flagship event to life at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney). As the very first stop on their global World Forum roadshow, the energy across the venue was off the charts. A few quick highlights from the floor: 3,500+ attendees through the doors 40+ breakout sessions, keynotes, locknotes, and executive programs A buzzing expo floor packed with partners, roundtables, and meeting spaces While the final show is what everyone sees on the day, what stood out to me most was the incredible drive and unity of our team behind the scenes. A successful event isn't built overnight—it’s shaped in all the quiet moments, late-night problem solving, and genuine partnership our crew brought to the table along the way. Pulling off a production of this scale to kick off a global series takes immense effort, and watching our team execute every detail so seamlessly was the absolute highlight.
