I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Giga.
What drew me in is the problem. Customer support is one of the most important touchpoints a company has with its customers, and often the most frustrating. When people reach out, something went wrong and they need it fixed.
There’s a lot of energy around AI agents right now, but making them work reliably and perform real actions inside large enterprises is a different challenge entirely. That’s what Giga is focused on: building the infrastructure that lets these systems actually resolve customer issues in production and do it at industry-leading rates.
It’s an ambitious problem and one I’m looking forward to working on with this team. I was impressed by the quality of people across the company and am glad to be working with Kyle Hollingsworth, Scott Lucas, Andy Fox, and Beau Botkiss again.

Introducing Giga’s browser agent. Giga can now log in and completes tasks end-to-end, just like your human agents.
While working on some of the largest AI deployments in the world, we learned many AI agent projects never reach the promised resolution rate because they’re blocked on APIs. Internal teams can spend quarters just building APIs for the AI support agent.
With browser agents this can be solved instantly unlocking resolution rates that were impossible to achieve before.

The past 8.5 years at 6sense have been some of the most fulfilling of my career.
