Day 2: our session in collaboration with GBTA | Accommodations Committee had over 300 attendees interested in learning about this milestone in hotel payments. Glad to share that today, some hotels are able to receive virtual payment indicator into their PMS payment field. This friendly display strives to enhance guest experience and other financial needs (no fraud, correct charges etc).

From Booth to Best Friends: A Tail-Wagging Connection at Convention 🐾 Sometimes, the perfect match isn’t found in a meeting room—but on the expo floor. On Day 3 of #GBTAConvention2025, one Connecticut attendee wasn’t expecting to fall in love. But as she passed the Lifeline Puppy Rescue booth, she locked eyes with a wiggly Lab/Pointer mix known only as #693. In that moment, it was clear: this 8- to 9-week-old pup from New Mexico had found his person. With just days left in Denver, she made the heartwarming decision to adopt him—and will be flying back next week to bring her new travel buddy home. Soon, #693 will have a real name, a forever family, and a ticket to a life full of love (and probably a few frequent flyer miles).
