Know how to prompt? Great, but not enough for the job market in 2026. Let's start with the most shocking fact — AI isn't even able to replace humans now. Real reports show that at best it's nearly 20% of tasks and routines taken by AI. Teams delegate those tasks which were previously done by interns and juniors. The main difference now is that it's way cheaper than hiring a person. This is a quick sketch of what's happening on the US job market, and this is the reality recent grads are facing right now. But they still play the old game, following the old rules, selling themselves as students — not ready-to-work professionals. And nobody told them about those drastic changes. So, what are you facing as a recent grad or a junior? An overwhelming amount of job postings requiring real experience with AI. And not just any experience — they really mean it: automating workflows, creating agents, delivering real outputs. That's the bare minimum in some industries already, and the bar is only moving up. Not only that, but companies also want you to already have experience. You'd ask — how? That's the gap Go Offer Bootcamp is designed to close. We work with students and recent grads who want to break into the US job market. Here's what we cover: → Job search strategy built for the US market: positioning, outreach, the stuff that actually moves you to interviews → AI in real practice: tools, agents, automation — things you can ship and show as your projects → Optional internship track — so you finish with a real resume line and are ready to apply The smartest students in 2026 will be the ones who learned to work differently than they were taught — and can prove it to the interviewer. If that sounds like where you want to be, let's discuss how we can help you. 🔗 Book a free consultation: https://bit.ly/4t6rgxF

Everyone tells you to stop competing with MAANG candidates. But nobody talks about the full picture. AI tools on the recruiter's side, bootcamps flooding the market, layoffs from big tech. The competition isn't what it used to be. Giving up isn't an answer. That's why we built a different approach — mass applying with precision, targeting roles where hiring is actually happening. If you're grinding through this market and not seeing results, let's talk. Book youre free career audit → https://bit.ly/47dWrie #jobsearch #USjobs #techjobs #careeradvice

Imagine this: a strong background, a mix of experience — say, 4 years in marketing and 4 years in product. The obvious move feels like combining both into one title like Marketing Product Manager. Sounds solid and covers everything, right? Well... LinkedIn's algorithm doesn't care about solid, it runs on math. We tested this recently during a mentorship session. A candidate had 4 years of experience in each of two adjacent roles. Instead of guessing which title would work better, we ran the profile through Sales Navigator — the actual tool recruiters use to source candidates. Two things showed up immediately. With the title Portfolio Manager, the algorithm placed the profile into the "10+ years of experience" category. On the surface that sounds like a good thing. In practice, it means competing against people with a real 15 years behind them — and losing that comparison every single time. The interview calls go to someone else, you get frustrated and feel ghosted by the market. We switched Portfolio Manager for Asset Manager and the number of competing profiles in the same location dropped by half. And as a bonus — at large US companies, Asset Manager typically sits higher in the hierarchy and pays better, even though back home the perception is often the opposite. Just one word brings so much change. The competitive landscape looked completely different. This is the kind of detail that doesn't show up in job search articles, but it's what actually separates a profile that gets found from one that doesn't. Use this to elevate your chances of getting an interview. If experimenting by yourself feels exhausting, book a free audit with our team here 👉 https://bit.ly/4rzjZp9 We'll highlight what's quietly working against you and give you a clear starting point to turn things around.

Low-hire, low-fire: what's happening in the US job market 🇺🇸 Unemployment claims just hit 206,000 — one of the lowest numbers in months. Good news? Kind of. But not if you're graduating this spring. Employers plan to grow their new grad hiring by just 1.6% compared to last year. Around 60% of companies aren't growing at all, they're simply keeping hiring flat. And for the first time since 2021, the majority of employers now describe the entry-level market as "fair." Not good. Fair. That's the baseline you're working with. The other shift that's easy to miss: hiring timelines have moved. Most companies used to lock in their new grad hires in the fall. That's no longer the case. Right now, 37% of full-time roles and 27% of internships close in spring, which means if you've been waiting, it's time to start applying. Who's still hiring new grads at scale? The biggest employers of international students on OPT remain the names you'd expect — Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple — along with Goldman Sachs in finance. These companies have established processes, visa infrastructure, and actual quotas. They're not figuring it out as they go. That matters a lot in 2026, because the H-1B landscape has gotten complicated fast. The new lottery weights applications by salary level, there's a $100K employer fee for candidates filing from outside the US, and the F-1 grace period after graduation just got cut from 60 to 30 days. The companies that are still sponsoring — they know what they're doing. The ones that aren't sure? You'll find out too late. The one thing that actually moves the needle right now: AI literacy. 13% of entry-level job postings now explicitly require AI tool experience. And employers are clear — they're not looking for people who've heard of ChatGPT. They want people who use AI to solve real business problems. That distinction is what separates a profile that gets flagged by the algorithm from one that doesn't. 70% of employers have moved to skills-based hiring. Your degree matters less than what you can demonstrably do. We've been watching this market closely at Go Offer — and we've been building something specifically for people at this stage of the search. More on that at the end of the week. For now: if you're a student or recent grad trying to figure out where to focus your energy in this market, the short answer is — targeted applications to companies with real OPT/H-1B track records, spring timeline, AI skills front and center in your profile. Why do most career pivots fail in the US market? It’s rarely a lack of skills. Usually, it’s just a broken feedback loop between the candidate and the market. We know this because we've helped over 500 mentees land offers in the most competitive industries in the USA. We’ve seen it time and again: talented professionals stalling because their positioning doesn't align with how US recruiters actually hire. We don't just give advice; we provide the strategy and the proprietary AI technology to bridge that gap. Swipe through to see how it works as we share the results of our mentee, Alina. Still think a career pivot is unreal? We know that’s not the case. We’ve turned "impossible" transitions into signed offers for hundreds of people. The USA job market signals, there's a new opportunity for our marketing & sales community. But first, let's look at the data. The consensus forecast was 55,000–80,000 new jobs in January 2026. The actual number came in at 130,000. Before you read this as "the market is back"—let's be precise. The overall picture is still lean, as it has been for a few years. But positive shifts are emerging in specific industries, and yes, they're AI-driven. Where is the growth? Services and retail are leading January's numbers. More importantly: demand for professionals who can embed AI into sales funnels and marketing workflows grew 25% YoY. The $120K–$180K salary range for these roles isn't reserved for engineers—it's going to marketers and sales strategists who can prove their AI implementation actually reduced CAC. One thing you should keep in mind while applying. Growth is concentrated in services and logistics for now, but the broader trend points to AI-adjacent roles across industries. The faster you implement AI into your workflow, the more relevant you stay. One more thing: H-1B FY2027 registration opens March 4th. If visa sponsorship is part of your equation, the window to prepare is now—not in two weeks. At Go Offer, we're auditing our clients' target lists and repositioning their profiles toward the sectors where sponsorship is actually happening. If your pipeline has stalled, let's look at the data together. 📎 Book a free strategy audit → https://bit.ly/4cAndEN
