Stop Enabling. Start Activating. The Agentic Era of Sales has begun.

About us

Selling has changed. Enablement systems haven’t. In today’s market, deals aren’t won by what reps remember from training or what they can find in a content library. They’re won in fast, high-stakes moments where context shifts mid-conversation and judgment has to adapt in real time. Most enablement platforms were built for a slower era: prepare reps in advance, store content, analyze performance after the fact. That model breaks when execution is happening live. GTM Buddy is the Revenue Activation Engine for the Agentic Sales Era. We don’t help reps search. We help them decide. GTM Buddy operates inside the deal, injecting the right signal - story, proof, talk-track, or next step at the exact moment it’s needed, directly in CRM, email, meetings, and workflows. No context switching. No guesswork. Behind the scenes, GTM Buddy coordinates five activation levers into a single system: 1. Ramp Acceleration : getting reps ready this quarter, not the next 2. In-Flow Activation : support inside the workflow, built around your rep 3. Content Velocity : the right asset, the right version, at the right moment 4. Coaching Precision : coach the one thing that moves the deal forward 5. Revenue Proof : tying activation directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes Together, these levers remove execution friction and unlock revenue capacity from the team you already have without adding headcount. The result: -> Reps who execute with confidence, not scripts -> Managers who coach in motion, not in autopsy -> Enablement teams who move from content factories to revenue operators -> Leaders who can prove growth comes from capacity activation, not constant hiring This isn’t better enablement. It’s a different operating model.

  • A category is only as strong as its edges. If everyone can claim it, it means nothing. So: not every product using the words “Revenue Activation” belongs to the category. As the term catches on, the repackaging will start - the same warehouse tools, the same chat-box-on-a-portal, wearing the new label. Which is why the category needs membership rules that are testable, not just assertable. Does the system activate in the flow of work, or wait to be searched? Does it connect training to pipeline, or just track completion? Does it act on stacked signals, or store static content? The difference is checkable. That's what makes it a category and not a slogan. Here's the test. 👇 #RevenueActivation #Category #GTM

Only 29% of executives can confidently measure return on enterprise AI spend. 3 key steps to prove ROI (and unlock revenue capacity): 1. Ban “hours saved” as a terminal metric Substitution metric → a task got cheaper to run. That's it. Every AI initiative has to trace the reclaimed time to a downstream revenue-adjacent metric: more selling motions per rep, more qualified pipeline created, attainment per head moving. 2. Keep the capacity model live. Keeping it live means you re-run it against actuals. Ramp curves that were estimates get corrected with real data. Attainment assumptions get marked to market. This way, the weekly review compares modeled capacity to realized capacity. 3. Track a ceiling and a gauge, not just a target. Ceiling: what a rep could produce if you stripped the friction out of their week. Gauge: what share of that ceiling they're actually hitting right now. Ceiling minus realized is your addressable gap. In your next operating review, ask: Is your transformation measured in the unit your plan is written in? I explained this further in Forbes, link below. 👇

  • Ask “Is enablement a GTM function?” out loud in a leadership meeting, and watch the room get uncomfortable. The discomfort is the answer. For years, enablement sat slightly outside the GTM core - not because the work didn't matter, but because it couldn't put a revenue number next to itself. Sales has a number. Marketing has a number. Enablement had completion rates. And a function without a number is a function that gets questioned when budgets tighten. But here's the part that matters: it was never missing a seat at the table. It was missing a number. And in the agentic era - when training, practice, calls, and pipeline can finally connect in one system - that number becomes real. The discomfort is fixable. That's the whole point. 👇 #RevenueActivation #SalesEnablement #RevOps

  • Everyone talks about signals. Almost no one shows you what it actually looks like when they stack. So we followed one deal, hour by hour, for a week. Not theory - the real thing: the individual signals arriving (an email gone quiet, a new stakeholder in the room, a pricing page revisited), each meaningless alone, and the moment they converge into an unmistakable next move - before the call that decides the deal. This is signal stacking made concrete. And it's written by the person who builds the product, not a marketer describing it from the outside. 👇 #RevenueActivation #SignalStacking #DealExecution

  • Signal stacking got famous for fixing outbound: stop blasting, and instead stack independent signals until the confidence to reach out crosses a threshold. But the technique was never really about leads. The same mechanism - many weak signals combining into one strong, act-on-it-now conclusion - is what should run the whole revenue motion. It matters even more inside the deal than at the top of it: the stakeholder who went quiet, the pricing page viewed twice, the champion who just changed title. No single signal means much. Stacked, in real time, they tell you the next right move before the call that matters. That's why signal stacking isn't a growth hack. It's the cornerstone of Revenue Activation - the difference between reacting to deals and activating them. 👇 #RevenueActivation #SignalStacking #GTM

  • When the car arrived, people called it a “horseless carriage” - because the only frame they had for a self-moving vehicle was the thing it replaced. “CMS” and “LMS” are horseless carriages. And the words are doing quiet damage. The load-bearing word in “content management system” is management - it assumes content is a thing a human stores, organizes, and goes to retrieve. As long as that's the category in your head, you'll evaluate vendors on how well they manage content, and you'll reward the best warehouse. Which is exactly the repackaged tool with AI sizzle on it. Drop the word, and you ask a different question: not “where does my content live,” but “how does the right thing reach my rep at the moment it matters?” Different question, different purchase, different era. To be exact: the work survives. Reps still need the right proof at the right moment; new hires still need to ramp. What dies is the frame - the warehouse, and the word that keeps you building warehouses. 👇 #RevenueActivation #SalesEnablement #GTM

  • “Watch our AI draft this email.” It's a magician showing you a trick every magician in the room can also do - while the spotlight makes it feel singular. Here's what almost the entire AI sales motion depends on you not noticing: nearly every serious GTM tool now runs on the same small set of foundation models. When you watch a demo do something clever, you're mostly watching the model, dressed in someone's interface. The cleverness is rented - and competitors rent it from the same place. So “can it do X?” is a dead question. The answer is always yes now, for everyone. The demo built around it is theater designed to run out your evaluation clock on a commodity. Ask instead: what was this built, with real guardrails, to do excellently - and what does it do when I'm not in the room? Parity can't fake the answer to that. In a market where everyone rented the same brain, the body is the only thing you're actually choosing between. 👇 #RevenueActivation #AISales #GTM

  • There's a line in your budget right now called something like “AI GTM transformation.” If your CFO asked you to define exactly what it buys - not the vision, the actual line items - could you? For most revenue leaders, the honest answer is no. And that's not a competence gap. It's the defining strangeness of this moment: normally the category exists, then the money follows. With AI, the money came first. A number got allocated, and only afterward did anyone ask what it was for. Which leaves you defining a budget using definitions supplied entirely by the people who profit from the definition. Every vendor has the same incentive - to convince you that they are what “AI transformation” means. You can't survey your way out of it, because the tools all demo the same thing. You route around it with a framework of your own: where you buy, where you build, where you integrate. The money came before the meaning. Supplying the meaning is your job - so here's the framework to do it. 👇 #RevenueActivation #AITransformation #GTM

  • 250 years. A quarter of a millennium ago, a group of people made an audacious bet: that ordinary individuals, given freedom and the right tools. Could build something no monarch, no central authority, no established power could have designed for them. That bet became a country. And that same spirit, that the people closest to the work should have the freedom and the means to do their best is worth celebrating today. Happy 250th, America. Here's to the next era of what people can build when nothing holds them back. From all of us at GTM Buddy.250 years. #HappyFourthOfJuly #America250 #RevenueActivation
