  • Last week, we raised a glass to celebrate the crews behind our work across the Western Slope. 🍻 Out teams have been driving major progress at every jobsite, from topping out at Stratos in Snowmass, to breaking ground on Stockman and Wildair in Steamboat Springs, and pushing into the next phase of our West End housing development in Edwards. These milestones showcase the dedication and work ethic of our incredible teams. Thank you to every superintendent, project manager, and trade partner working hard to make big things happen in the mountains!

  • We've officially broken ground on Wildair in Steamboat Springs! We’re thrilled to join forces with Orion Real Estate Investment & Development, Blue Sage Ventures - Real Estate Development & Investment, and 4240 Architecture to bring these luxury residences to life. Rising at 1830 Ski Time Square Drive, Wildair will feature an exclusive collection of 20 boutique units offering sweeping alpine views, private elevator access, and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces just steps from the slopes. A huge shoutout to our incredible team in Steamboat, as well as our partners, for kicking off this exciting project!

  • When a project directly impacts the next generation, every milestone hits a little differently. This week we were honored to stand alongside the Arrupe Jesuit High School community to celebrate their milestone expansion, and this was a powerful reminder of why this work matters. The celebration kicked off with a beautiful Mass of the Holy Spirit, followed by an outdoor ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the new building. Haselden Construction CEO Byron Haselden was honored to attend and share a few words on behalf of our team. From navigating urban site constraints to constructing a new gymnasium directly above an existing building, this project presented unique construction challenges over the last two years. Seeing the vision come to life, and witnessing the impact it will have on these resilient students, made every detail worth it. Thank you to Arrupe Jesuit High School, MOA ARCHITECTURE, and all of the trade partners, donors, and leaders who made this vision a reality. We are honored to have played a part in building a space where future generations will learn, grow, and thrive.

  • Building strong project teams takes intentional structure, and a strong, supportive culture. That work happens both on and off the jobsite. 🤝 Last week, Haselden Construction's Lean In committee spent valuable, dedicated time together at its annual retreat putting their heads together to brainstorm high-impact initiatives for the coming year. The women of Haselden focused their energy on exploring new ideas for personal and career development, opening doors for students exploring construction, living Haselden's core behaviors through company culture and team fun, and launching fresh community outreach efforts. As part of the retreat, the group hand-crafted tie blankets to donate to Children’s Hospital. And a major highlight was participating in Lisa Marini's "Own Your Story" workshop, which provided powerful tools for owning strengths and leading with confidence. The trust, alignment, and connections deepened during this focused time flow directly back into the work happening every day across Haselden. Haselden’s commitment to women in construction goes far beyond standard industry support; it is an active investment in creating space for female leaders to drive tangible value for the company, its jobsites, and the local community.

  • Completing a renovation is one thing. Executing it directly above 3,000-year-old mummies requiring strict climate control is another. 🏛️ Now that the Sturm Family Wing at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science is open to the public, we’re taking an inside look at what it takes to balance 1930s historic preservation with modern technical execution. Working alongside open studio | architecture, our team navigated complex VDC 3D laser scanning, precise MEP tie-ins, and active museum sequencing to bring this project to life. 📖 Read more about the engineering, digital modeling, and behind-the-scenes logistics here: https://lnkd.in/ePjwAZfy
