The summer cohort may have wrapped, but the impact our interns made is still felt across HCSC. Our internship program gives emerging talent opportunities to contribute to meaningful business initiatives, build relationships with leaders and peers and explore the many career paths available within health care. This summer, interns brought fresh thinking, curiosity and energy to teams throughout the company and their work continues to inform the conversations and projects moving forward. Meet Bella Zagotta, who interned with our Sustainability team. Through hands-on projects and connections across the organization, Bella gained a closer look at how a career can take shape in unexpected ways.
