His focus on rare spirits and detailed presentation is reflected throughout the new menu. One standout is the Old Money Old Fashioned, a mix of 2007 vintage Rittenhouse Rye, Cynar, and Louis XIII Cognac, served in a handblown Japanese glass and garnished with a gold-leaf-wrapped Luxardo cherry.
