YouGov surveyed 2,111 business decision-makers for Infor, and between April and August, deployment outpaced reported efficiency gains in the markets measured in both waves. We call this the post-adoption gap. The takeaway is that industry fit, cost clarity, and governance built into the technology are what close the gap between adopting AI and getting value from it.
