  • Digital transformation is helping make energy and utilities company more operationally efficiency cyber safe. As AI, cloud, IoT, and connected grid technologies expand, they also widen the attack surface, making cybersecurity a reliability and public‑trust issue rather than a standalone IT concern. Being a Titan shows up in the moments that don’t ask for recognition. It’s how you treat people when the work is hard, the pressure is real, and the impact matters. It’s choosing care, honesty, and accountability because you believe in others and want to see them succeed. That’s why we’re proud to recognize Andrew (AJ) Smith as our newest Titan. Over the years, AJ has been a steady presence and a trusted leader to so many at Insight Global. “AJ has always been the person who helped me grow through honest conversations and steady accountability. He helped me understand where I stood in a way that came from care, not criticism. Promoting him was one of the moments in my career that I felt the proudest.” James Bauer, Managing Director, Evergreen Sales That same heart for people shows up in how Andrew (AJ) Smith Smith serves behind the scenes. During some of the most challenging chapters of the CSM program, he stepped in without hesitation. He gave his time and energy freely because the people depending on that work mattered to him. There was never a need for recognition. He showed up because it was the right thing to do. “AJ Smith is the definition of a Titan. He’s a selfless leader, a caring friend, and someone who relentlessly advocates for others. He clears paths so people can succeed and leaves every place better than he found it.” Dan Kiel, Director of Professional Services, Evergreen AJ leads with humility, grit, and purpose. He makes people better, teams stronger, and our culture richer by the way he shows up every day. That’s what being a Titan looks like. Congratulations, AJ. We’re grateful for the way you lead.

  • Investing in our company's future leaders is just one way we live out our mission to develop our people personally, professionally, and financially! This month we invited 75 employees who have been identified as "Future Leaders" from Sales, Recruiting, and Corporate for a day and a half of intentional leadership development. Our Future Leaders enjoyed immersive Executive-led breakout sessions, and meaningful conversations about what leadership asks of us. One of the biggest takeaways? Leadership isn't built in silos. It's leadership is rooted in support, shared accountability, and people who believe in one another. “Entering this training, I was not completely sure that I wanted leadership, or that I could even do it. But sitting in the room with so many aspiring leaders, learning from leaders, and participating in the breakout sessions, I really feel as though I’ll have the guardrails to lift me up in moments I feel unsure and help me succeed as a leader. This training was life‑changing for me.” Billie Wakeham, Future Lead Recruiter This session kicked off a six-month long journey in leadership development for these employees, and we can't wait to see the impact they will bring as future leaders! ✨

  • Commitment is often framed as individual grit. Discipline. Personal ambition. Pushing through when things get hard. But the most meaningful kind of commitment goes deeper than that. It’s the willingness to do the work long before recognition is guaranteed. To prepare in quiet moments when no one is watching. To accept risk, discomfort, and uncertainty because growth demands it. And just as importantly, it’s the choice to show up for others along the way. True commitment doesn’t disappear when circumstances get inconvenient. It doesn’t shrink when energy is low or when focus could easily turn inward. It shows up through presence, consistency, and reliability. It looks like staying late. Stepping in. Carrying weight that isn’t technically yours to carry. That kind of commitment builds trust. It strengthens teams. It creates momentum that extends far beyond a single win. The strongest leaders don’t treat personal growth and collective success as competing priorities. They understand that the two reinforce each other. When people commit fully to their own development and to the people around them, something powerful happens. Progress accelerates. Confidence grows. And challenges become shared, not shouldered alone. The takeaway is simple: commit fully. To the work. To the process. To the people. Growth follows when effort is paired with character, and ambition is matched with accountability. Because commitment isn’t just about finishing something hard. It’s about how you show up the entire way there.

  • A few days ago, Kailey McIntosh stood in front of her leadership and walked through the accounts she’s focused on as an Account Manager in Training in Orange County. She spoke with clarity and confidence about reopening relationships we haven’t worked with in years and building new ones from the ground up. She was prepared. Focused. Humble. As the conversation continued, Kailey shared a little more about her life outside of work. Every day, Kailey is balancing the responsibility of caring for her family, including her grandmother and two younger cousins, while building her career. Her mornings start early. Her days are full. Her nights run long. And still, she shows up at work with a positive attitude, steady focus, and a genuine commitment to getting better every day. At work, Kailey is breathing new life into accounts and creating momentum where there once was none. She brings consistency, preparation, and follow‑through to everything she touches. What stands out most isn’t just what Kailey is managing, but how she shows up while doing it. She doesn’t make excuses. She doesn’t ask for recognition. She simply keeps moving forward and doing the work the right way. As her leader, Shelby McKay shared: “Her grit is relentless, both inside and outside the office. She balances immense personal responsibility with professionalism, resilience, and consistency, embodying what true grit looks like.” That’s why Kailey is our Gritty Person of the Week. She shows us that grit isn’t loud or flashy. It’s consistent. It’s human. And it shows up every single day.

  • Pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) is being slowed across the industry by challenges ranging from talent shortages to fragile supply chains.
