Ranchers that supply Jimbo's meat department traveled from as far as Australia & New Zealand to talk with our shoppers, grill up samples, and engage in a high energy activation that our shoppers look forward to ever year. Homegrown Success Story: Meet Keegan, Deli Shift Leader at Jimbo's 4S Ranch. Keegan began his career at Jimbo's in December of 2020 as a Grocery Clerk, and in 2021 he transferred to the Deli Department as a Deli Clerk. Recently, he was promoted to Deli Shift Leader. Say hi to Robert, Assistant Store Manager at Jimbo's 4S Ranch. He began his career with Jimbo's in 2021 in Carmel Valley as an Assistant Vitamin Manager and then officially Vitamin Manager within his first year. Soon after, he was promoted to his current position- Assistant Store Manager. "I was afforded great training, positive feedback, and great opportunities to move up by the Store management team, the Buying team, and other key individuals within the organization. Working at the Carmel Valley location was amazing, and allowed me to have productive conversations with Jimbo, and Justin. They both encouraged me and put me in positions to succeed". With a new year on the calendar, we look back at 2025. The cart wheels were rolling, this place was alive. Smiles in the aisles, familiar faces, Together, we built something special in these 4 places. Here’s to Jimbo’s, and here’s to you. Many early shifts before sunrise stacking up organic greens, local organic farms are rooted in our routines. Aisles of glass, aluminum & paper cartons every small consciously-curated choice has San Diego’s future in our hands and in our voice. To organic farmers & families, to our cashiers and bakers To our neighbors who shop with us year after year We celebrate and grow healthy together so let’s raise our reusable bags and cheer.
