Kim brings nearly four decades of experience in contracting, acquisition, and supply chain leadership. He has led global organizations, managed complex procurement portfolios, and supported mission-critical government programs, including the U.S. Antarctic Program, with expertise in some of the most challenging polar missions. Kim previously served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Procurement), where he directed one of the world’s largest acquisition organizations and led more than 8,000 military and civilian contracting personnel. At KBR, Kim leads our newly created Contracts & Supply Chain organization. He will help accelerate growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and advance commercial excellence across the business.
