Since starting the office back in August 2021, he’s taken it from a team of 2 to 11, growing a strong, successful business across construction and renewable energy. Beyond the growth, Gareth has always been someone the team can count on. Whether it’s supporting people day-to-day or stepping up when things get tough, he’s been a constant for everyone here and a big part of what makes this team what it is. We’re incredibly proud of Gareth, everything he’s achieved, and the way he’s done it. This promotion couldn’t be more deserved, and we are all excited to see what he continues to build. 👏

As we come back from the holidays, it's important to recognize the efforts and success of our team in 2025. At our end-of-year review, we had the opportunity to celebrate two standout team members whose impact this year truly deserved recognition. Gianni Rodriguez was named Consultant of the Year for his resilience, his ability to deliver on some of our toughest senior roles, and noticeable growth in the business this year. A true market expert and future leader we’re incredibly proud of! Michael Macri received MVP for being an exceptional leader, consistently lifting the team up, and embodying everything an MVP should through his openness, guidance, and the example he sets every day.
