Experiential is having a real moment. I just wrapped my third Dreamforce, and this year made the case better than anything I could write here. Our team at Left Field Labs helped bring 22 experiences to life across the campus, including a major portion of the Campground with Agentic Enterprise, Agentic Enterprise City, Slack and SF on SF, along with two major activations on Howard Street for FIFA and FiDE. Salesforce continues to show what’s possible when experience is treated as a meaningful part of the business. The best ones don’t just generate attention. They help people understand a product, believe in its potential and move closer to action. I’m incredibly proud of our work, but also of the amazing people who made it happen. Every experience had to do more than attract attention. It had to take a complex product story and make it clear, tangible and worth believing in. It had to show what the future of work with AI actually feels like. That required an enormous amount of thought, craft, technical problem-solving and care. It also required people who were willing to keep pushing, adapting and refining until the work was right. There's something special happening at Left Field Labs right now. I see it in the ambition of the work, in the trust our clients place in us and, most of all, in the way this team shows up for one another. Being part of it is genuinely exciting. At Salesforce's Dreamforce, we took over almost three football fields at Campground plus a stretch of Howard Street. The shift this time is from showing agents work to showing people how to put one to work in their own industry, starting Monday.
