Updates

  • We are very excited to open our third cohort for our Facilitation Teacher Training! A 6-week-long intensive on the art of designing transformational experiences. The last two were sold out, and so fun, and so we are going to do ONE MORE. (But this is the last one of the year!) For facilitators who want to refine their facilitation skills, people who want to start facilitating for the first time, leaders who want to create emotionally intelligent group experiences, or people who just love Lifeshop and feel generally curious and inspired, here you can finally learn everything we know about facilitation. The best news? You don't have to be in New York to take the training! Early bird pricing ends March 30. MORE INFO: https://bit.ly/Lifeshop-FT

In January, I closed out 2 years at Posh. I'm so grateful to the team who made it all worthwhile. I'll miss working with you all! If you're looking to work with great people, Posh is hiring across all teams. I'm stepping into a new role (more on this soon), but first, I want to share that I just wrapped up a 6 week Facilitator Teacher Training led by Alexandra Simon; founder of Lifeshop and professor of applied emotional intelligence at Yale. Lifeshop hosts experiential and practical workshops: how to (actually) listen, navigating life transitions, how to fight with someone you love, + more. It's not group therapy and it's not "woo woo." You show up, turn your phone off for 2 hours, and walk away with insights and tools that will change how you communicate and relate to others. It's the best way to spend a Tuesday night. If you're interested in attending a workshop or learning more about the Facilitator Training, check out the links in the comments.
