We are pleased to collaborate with 802.11 Networks Corp to validate the RF PHY performance of Wi-Fi devices using our IQxel-MW 7G test solution 🛜
🚀 Massive Upgrade to Our RF Lab! 🧪📡 We’re excited to announce a major enhancement to our testing capabilities at 802.11 Networks! Thanks to our friends at LitePoint, we’ve added the IQxel-MW 7G to our RF lab—giving us the power to go beyond traditional Wi-Fi testing. Up until now, our focus has been on L2–L7 analysis. But with this new addition, we can now dive deep into Layer 1 and measure critical RF performance metrics like: - EVM (Error Vector Magnitude) - Spectral Mask Compliance - Power Spectral Density This is a game-changer for identifying hardware-related issues that standard Wi-Fi tools often miss. It allows us to correlate PHY-layer impairments with user experience degradation—and show that no amount of protocol tuning can fix poor RF performance. This upgrade takes our troubleshooting, validation, and AP benchmarking to a whole new level. Stay tuned as we put this tool to work and share what we uncover!
