“A group of female employees lifting each other up, I think that kind of culture can empower young people more than a single person can.” #WomensHistoryMonth Staff Showcase: Yoojin Park 👏 https://lnkd.in/gA5JBQS5
About us
One of the oldest franchises in the National Football League, the Rams were Los Angeles’ first professional sports team and called the Southern California home from 1946-1994. The team’s 2016 homecoming marks the club’s 50th season in Los Angeles following 21 seasons in St. Louis, which included a Super Bowl XXXIV victory and two NFC Championships. Since the franchise’s founding in 1937, the Rams have won three World Championships and sent 27 of its members to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. As a professional sports team, the Rams recognize their unique ability to help raise both awareness and money for issues and causes relevant to their fans and fellow citizens. The Rams have become known for their commitment to community outreach and look forward to building on their charitable legacy in Los Angeles. It is with profound sadness that we share our colleague and friend, Krysti Carrelli, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and loved ones, after a courageous battle with cancer. Krysti joined our Finance team in 2016 and quickly became an integral part of our organization. She approached her work with integrity, care, and unwavering dedication, meeting every responsibility, large or small, with grace and determination. Her professionalism and steady presence reflected the very best of what it means to be a Rams employee. More importantly, Krysti will be remembered for the kindness and warmth she so naturally extended to others. She had a way of making people feel welcomed, supported, and valued. We are deeply grateful for the time we had with her and for the example she set through both her work and her character. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with her family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

Last Thursday in San Francisco, we introduced Rams IQ, our new business marketing and thought leadership platform designed to connect influential leaders and Rams partners year-round. The day began with The Drive: Daybreak, an intimate morning of conversation hosted at SoFi HQ. Bringing together leaders across sport, culture, and technology, speakers from SoFi, YouTube, Meta, and Electronic Arts (EA), along with other leading voices, explored topics including brand authenticity, cultural relevance, and the future of sports partnerships. We closed out the program with a special conversation between Rams Legend Steven Jackson and Rams team psychologist Dr. Carrie Hastings, centered on mindset, emotional control, and mental preparation, and how those skills translate beyond sports. That evening, Rams IQ shifted gears with a celebratory gathering at the Motoring Club. Partners and industry leaders came together over cocktails, curated bites, music, and custom gifting experiences. The debut of Rams IQ during Super Bowl week marked just the beginning, and we’re excited to continue creating moments that blend insight, connection, and celebration for our partner community.
