✨ Promotion Spotlight – Congratulations, Alejandra Gonzales
I’m incredibly proud to share that our Leasing Manager, Ally, has officially been promoted to Assistant Manager! 🎉
I first met Ally through a referral from a close friend and Regional Manager during my last lease-up. At the time, she was looking to move back to her hometown in Florida from Atlanta. She had briefly held an Assistant Manager role but decided to step down into leasing, feeling that she hadn’t received the right support to truly thrive.
Fast forward a year and a half later, what a journey it’s been! Ally started as my Leasing Consultant, then grew into a Leasing Manager during her second lease-up, and today she steps into her new role as Assistant Manager.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring Ally. I’ll admit, I can be tough at times because I push for the best out of my team, but she’s risen to every challenge. With the right direction, her hard work, and the support of our Madison team, Ally has proven herself as a true leader.
I couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come. She has absolutely earned this milestone, and I know this is just the beginning. With more projects on the horizon, the sky’s the limit for her career! 🚀
