A month ago, we made our partnership with UEmpower of Maryland's The Food Project official by donating a freezer that will be everfull of #betterforyou Mason Dixie Foods products to their children's #breakfast and #afterschool program - FOR FREE. Today, the kids have spoken and they loudly #APPROVE of the partnership and goodies 😋 The Food Project is located in SW Baltimore, where our #founder Ayeshah Abuelhiga grew up and where her passion for #scratchcooking started. Faced with #foodinsecurity herself, focusing on food quality and #access have been integral to our #giveback strategy The work that Michelle Suazo and her team are doing to help people in our community in #Baltimore continues to move our future forward. The progress and thoughtful approach being taken to help people in need continues to move and motivate us to keep doing what we do: make people feel good about the food they crave.
