For more than 20 years, Little Village residents, schools, and community partners have worked together to transform their neighborhood through vision, collaboration, and action. Guided by three successive Quality of Life Plans, the community has improved high school graduation, college entrance and expanded educational opportunities, strengthened youth development, and reduced violence—creating a model of resident-led change that has inspired communities across Chicago. This video reflects on two decades of progress, leadership, and partnership through the voices of those who have been part of the journey. As we celebrate these achievements, we also look ahead to the next chapter—one rooted in equity, opportunity, and the power of community voice. https://lnkd.in/gaquaksP
