  • One in four American adults has a GI condition. 69% of U.S. counties don't have a gastroenterologist.   That gap is why we led Cylinder Health's Series B in 2023. The category runs about $135 billion a year in medical spend, and most people bounce between primary care and urgent care without ever landing on a treatment plan.   Cylinder built the plan. Delivered virtually, paid for by employers, run by a real care team.   Where it got to: more than 150,000 people treated, two million lives across nearly 100 clients, partnerships with two of the three largest PBMs, and a clinically validated ROI.   Hinge Health (NYSE: HNGE) signed an agreement to acquire Cylinder for $105 million. An integrated GI program is expected in 2027, alongside their MSK and migraine care.   We're proud of this one. The thesis was that digestive care could be delivered virtually and at scale. Cylinder did exactly that.   Congratulations to Terry Boch and the Cylinder team. https://lnkd.in/dkrrTngP

  • Mercato is excited to welcome Terry Boch as CEO of Cylinder Health. Digestive health is one of the largest and most under-addressed categories in healthcare, impacting 60–70 million Americans and driving a disproportionate share of employer healthcare spend. Yet it has historically lacked coordinated, effective solutions. Cylinder is changing that. By combining clinical care, behavior change, and navigation into a single model, Cylinder is improving outcomes while delivering meaningful cost savings for employers and health plans. With strong engagement and best-in-class ROI in a traditionally underutilized category, the company is emerging as a leader in GI, which is one of healthcare’s last major, unsolved spend categories. Over the past year, the business has gone through a critical evolution, strengthening its operating discipline, sharpening its go-to-market approach, and positioning itself for scalable growth and a clear path to profitability. Terry is, at her core, a revenue leader and someone who has spent her career building and scaling commercial engines in healthcare. But what makes her uniquely suited for this role is the combination of that operating rigor with deep personal conviction. Having navigated her daughter’s journey with Crohn’s disease, Terry understands firsthand the gaps in today’s system and what it means when care finally works. That experience doesn’t just inform leadership; it anchors it. We’re proud to partner with Terry and the Cylinder team and look forward to what's next! #MercatoPartners #DigitalHealth #HealthcareInnovation #Leadership

We're thrilled to welcome Terry Boch as Cylinder Health's new Chief Executive Officer. 🎉 Terry brings more than 30 years of experience building and scaling health care technology companies along with  a deeply personal connection to the mission that drives Cylinder. Her daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at 14 and spent years navigating surgeries and hospitalizations before finally finding her way to successful disease management. That experience shaped Terry’s commitment to improving how people access care. Today, an estimated 60-70 million Americans live with digestive disease. Yet for too many of them, getting the right care is still unnecessarily difficult. Cylinder was built to change that.  With Terry at the helm, we're ready to scale that impact even further. "Cylinder has built something special, a coordinated model that improves outcomes for members while helping employers and health plans better manage the total cost of care. I'm excited to help scale the impact Cylinder is already delivering." — Terry Boch, CEO Welcome to the team, Terry. https://lnkd.in/gzXrzKWg #CylinderHealth #DigestiveHealth #Leadership #HealthcareInnovation

Lendio is looking for a #CRO — and the timing couldn’t be more critical and interesting. The company in a phase where integrated revenue leadership = scale unlock. Roles like this drive alignment between pipeline, product adoption, partnerships, and customer experience. Given the opportunity to scale both core and emerging lines toward $250M+ where the next CRO will play a central role, this isn’t just hiring, it’s building a future for the company with Brock and Trent and team. Know an elite revenue leader hungry for impact? Tag them, tell them, introduce them ... and let’s make sure we get a chance to meet them and share more about Lendio. Bonus points if the CRO can cheer for Brigham Young University, do 360s in a wake, add a new culinary recipe, and feel a passion for supporting SMBs and Main Street America. #jobsofsiliconslopes

📣 Lendio is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)! 📣 Lendio is at an inflection point — with strong momentum, a powerful platform, and a category-shaping opportunity to scale. Following an incredible year in 2025 (20%+ growth in our core business and 100%+ in emerging lines) we’re seeking a revenue leader to help expand our platform and drive what’s next. Our next CRO will play a critical role in: •Defining a unified revenue strategy for the company •Driving sales, partnerships, account management and revenue operations •Leading our GTM strategy for emerging SaaS product lines  •Scaling both our origination and SaaS businesses to a combined 250M+ •Partnering with product, marketing, and operations to deliver a best-in-class lender, client, partner, and small-business customer experience. Lendio’s vision is to empower business owners with frictionless, transparent access to the best credit options. We believe the next generation of category-defining companies will pair elite consultative sales talent with modern technology—using data and AI to improve judgment, consistency, and customer trust without losing the human connection that matters most. We’re seeking a leader with the clarity and conviction to bring that vision to life. Is this you? If not, who do you know? #hiring #utah #CRO #leadership #lendio #saas #ai https://lnkd.in/gzjKkSnq

  • Property taxes are a universal burden, yet the system remains one of the most archaic, "manual" corners of the financial world. Most homeowners simply accept the bill because the alternative - a bureaucratic maze - is too daunting. When we first met Colton Pace and Joseph Noor, it was clear they weren’t just building a tool; they were rebuilding a broken infrastructure. They started Ownwell with a simple but powerful belief: homeowners deserve better. Property taxes support our schools, police, and infrastructure, but the process of managing them is often confusing, frustrating, and seemingly stacked against the very people the taxes are designed to serve. Instead of accepting that as “just the way it is,” the team at Ownwell decided to fix it.   By marrying sophisticated AI with a deep domain expertise, they’ve transformed a frustrating annual hurdle into a seamless, transparent digital experience that delivers real savings — and real peace of mind.   What makes Ownwell special isn’t just the technology. It’s the mission. It’s a group of builders who looked at an everyday burden millions of homeowners face and decided to do something about it.   Watching them build with integrity, urgency, and heart has been inspiring — and we’re grateful to be alongside them as they set a new standard for what’s possible. Today, we announced our Series B funding, and we couldn't be more proud of what it represents. Since inception, we've saved property owners over $400 million. But the real opportunity is in the growth in front of us. This funding enables us to make the costs of homeownership more clear and fair for more property owners across the country.
