Corporate volunteering in action! 💙 On March 18, the MetLife Data and Analytics team spent some time volunteering alongside teammates to make a real difference for families across North Carolina. Partnering with Activate Good, the team assembled 500 hygiene essentials kits and wrapped 8,928 diapers to cover 358 babies for the Diaper Bank of NC, addressing a critical need for the 1 in 2 families who experience diaper need across the state. This portable project brought community impact directly to MetLife's headquarters, proving that meaningful service can happen anywhere when teams come together with purpose. Thank you to the MetLife Data and Analytics team for stepping up to serve and for partnering with us to strengthen our community!

Tomorrow evening, MetLife will once again turn off all non‑essential lighting across our offices—including our iconic external signage in New York City—in recognition of #EarthHour, taking place Saturday, March 28 at 8:30 p.m. est. Earth Hour marks a global moment of unity, reminding us that each of us plays a role in building the resiliency of our planet and communities. We invite you to join us from home by switching off your own lights and taking a moment to do something positive for the Earth. For ideas on how to participate, visit: http://spr.ly/6045B65TyS
