Today, we announced the addition of a Chief Operating Officer role to support the growing scale and diversification of our company.   Juan Andres will return to Moderna as Chief Operating Officer, effective October 5, 2026. In this role, he will help drive focus, prioritization and execution across the Company while leading our manufacturing organization. Juan previously spent nearly six years at Moderna, serving in several leadership roles before retiring from the Company in 2023.   Jerh Collins, Ph.D., Chief Technical Operations and Quality Officer, has decided to retire from Moderna. Since joining in 2022, Jerh has helped evolve our manufacturing footprint for an endemic vaccine market, advance our capabilities in the UK, Canada and Australia, and establish the manufacturing model to support intismeran autogene, our investigational individualized neoantigen therapy.   We’re pleased to welcome Juan back to Moderna and grateful to Jerh for his leadership and contributions.   https://lnkd.in/eRaMRACp

What does learning at Moderna look like? 📚 💻   We recently wrapped up Learning Days in Cambridge and Norwood—two days designed to give our colleagues dedicated time to step away from the day-to-day, build new skills, connect with one another, and invest in their growth.   Across both sites, colleagues heard from our CEO, Stéphane Bancel, participated in hands-on workshops and interactive learning sessions, and connected with colleagues from across the organization.   While Learning Days may be over, growth never stops. We continue to invest in new and meaningful ways for our people to learn and develop—building the skills and capabilities that will help shape what’s next at Moderna.   Interested in growing and learning with us? Along with our partners at Merck, we announced positive results from the Phase 3 INTerpath-001 study of intismeran autogene, our investigational individualized neoantigen therapy, in combination with pembrolizumab as adjuvant treatment in patients with completely resected Stage IIB-IV melanoma. This marks the first and only combination regimen to demonstrate a clinically meaningful improvement over pembrolizumab alone, a current standard-of-care for these patients. In our latest IR Insights, members of our executive team sat down to reflect on what this means: https://lnkd.in/geACX55k
